How To Draw a Chikorita

Step One: Draw the Chikorita

Step Two: Draw a little circle. Apply lines of varying opacity liberally.

Step Three: Put all the other colors back in. Don't forget this step, lol.

Step Four: PUT IN A HUGE SUN THAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART. Also, get rid of eye shading because it's dumb.


Moral of the Tutorial: Don't try to draw like NJ you will fail at it.
