moon. Thus, Conis was hatched on Fullmoon Island. Ahaha.
Funny thing is that Enel, the self-appointed god of Skypiea, used electricity as his method of judgment.
He never actually was able to hit Conis, though. That's because she is secretly an Ampharos. 8|

Update:

One of my luckiest breeds ever, in terms of finding the parents. I had to find a female Wailmer with 31 in attack, and I wasn't feeling like RNGing for a useless parent so I just went and caught a few, and I got a female wailmer with 31 in attack (and fail stats in everything else) on my 6th hook 8|

I also realized that Metalkid's IV calculator isn't perfect, though - after an IV battle, it listed the Wailmer's Defense as 15, when it was really 16. I wasted a whole lot of time before I realized that I had in fact already hit frame 3 before. Why, calculator, whyyyy? Horrible thing to do to an AR-less IV-checking person 8(

'Vista' stands for a far reaching prospect, venue, or passageway - a nice metaphor for the
potential that Luffy and his crew held as they entered the Grand Line after meeting Laboon.

Hatched on Earth Day of 2009, because Wailord reminded me of the name Gaylord, and
when I looked up Earth Day, I realized it was founded by a man by the name of Gaylord Nelson.
I swear I have psychic powers sometimes .-. Maybe.

HP Electric isn't helpful on an Adamant Pokemon, but I felt like mentioning it anyways.
Of the Egg Moves, only Double Edge really helps on an Adamant Wailord as well, but I
felt like mentioning that too. The bigger question is, why is Wailord compatible with Smeargle?

Rofl, you're right. I was thinking Twin Capes but I wrote Calm Belt for some reason; D8 Must be because the crew almost got thrown into the Calm Belt before they reached Crocus.

I took a massive risk with this. Dx With the theme this Bellsprout/Victreebel is based on, there were two awesome locations to hatch it in. Since I can't clone, it meant I had to save the egg to clone it later on. But I had to verify that it was the right one, so I took a chance and saved after I knew I hit the delay - if the frame had been wrong, I would have wasted a whole lot of time D:<

This will come both UT and as an EVed Victreebel, and there's a nice little reason for that. :D

the sixth One Piece movie - Baron Omatsuri and the Secret Island. Comes in two
forms - the UT Bellsprout cute little flower form, or the monstrous slimy true form.

Your choice of either the Resort Area - symbolizing the fake resort island Luffy and
his crew were baited to - or the Sendoff Spring hatch locations. Baron Omatsuri used
the flower's life-giving powers to ressurrect his dead crew after they were killed in a
storm at sea, and the crew could only be sustained if the flower was periodically fed.
After the flower's defeat, the consciousnesses of his crew were finally set to rest,
sent off into the afterlife with a few parting words. The 6th movie veritably had some
of the darkest moments in the One Piece series. Hatched on the movie's premiere date.

Meant for Smogon's Choice Specs Victreebel, but you can tweak it around or whatever.
'Lily Carnation' wouldn't fit in the spaces, but Carna can stand as a reminder of the
flower's flesh-eating habits, so it's all good. Just 'Lily' or 'Carnation' sounded generic.
