(Shintoism!) fit Enel like it was destiny. Enel
has a circle of tomoe drums much like the
strange tail Thundurus has. (That's a tail?)

My first ever roamer abuse since I never got
to abusing any roamers in Gen 4. This was
probably one of the most tedious RNGs I've
ever done. Having a Supercard didn't change
anything in terms of the time I had to spend
calibrating for this on my DS and then trying
to hit it again after I RNGed my SID/TID.

Named after Enel's Kiten attack, which is feline
in appearance and based on an asian god of
thunder. Yeah, god. Yeah, this is female. So
what :T It also sounded like "Kitten" which is
decidedly feminine so there. Not as useful
without the elemental fangs, but I'll get to
breeding egg moves on her eventually.
