I don't hate Celever's reaction to the Former fakeclaim because tbh I assumed it was fake too, but I'm kinda ? on him pointing out the Former claim probably being fake in game thread but that's more of a "why do this" thing than "this is scummy". I'm kinda mulling over the possibility of Celever/Tommy because there are reasons it could be real, but I don't really suspect Tommy independently which makes me feel like it's a bad read to get into.
My confidence in town Clarinet is definitely sinking a bit. The bottom of page 12 is weird. Why do you have Eagle as scum here btw?
Walls of text aren't actually alignment indicative. ISO's are infamously easy to fake and simply convince people you are town just because there are walls to read. Ignore it, its just noise.

From one perspective, he kinda has to stick to his guns because it's his only contribution today. If he backtracks on this, he loses a lot of face.
I won't even lie, a solid 50% of my read on Tommy is that I saw the slip that Celever said and in my mind my first thought was that it sounds like something Tommy would say. Then looked back and there's a bit of uncharacteristic language from Tommy re: Celever and so buddying seems entirely possible.
Also I must have missed that, Tommy is scumreading Eagle?

I think we're looking at different things wrt potential links between them, ftr. There was something I thought might have been a slip in my ISO before I realised there was a plausible explanation for it.
I was talking about Clarinet there, that was a disconnected thought.
There is actually statistical proof to back this up it's not my opinion it is a fact that in vast majority of mafia games town poster is town. Far higher than the rand.
Would I give a read based on just this? No because then every mafia player would just spam to try get a free tr from me but celever has provided a lot of good content without really being forced to which is towny. He just tryharded a lot and could scum do it yes but I think it's much more likely to come from town genuinely solving.
You should probably to, but idrc if you don't. However, thinking that I can't have a real townread on celever based on the content that he provided earlier today, isn't just disagreeing with me which you are entitled to do, it's imo completely disregarding and shading a very justifiable read from my position. Why this is happening? Maybe you are mafia, maybe you are playing bad or maybe you are just over paranoid about me slot but if it's one of the latter two please stop. You can disagree with my read but it's definitely not the worst read I've had this game.

what sounded like something tommy would say? 'from the sounds of it these kinds of gambits are common for you' is a very generic turn of phrase, i'm not sure how you can gage it as characteristic of a certain player

As far as I can tell his case on me only works if BGB is my theorised buddy because otherwise I wouldn’t be “forced to react” as mafia, is why I asked. If BGB isn’t my buddy his suspicion on me is unfounded and since he’s suspicious of you by connection with me his whole platform falls through.

Ah you’re right I keep forgetting with all his talk about how his gambit “forced mafia to respond” but he’s never said why that’s the case so I made up my own explanation.
I’m very happy to just ignore him until D2 cos he doesn’t seem to be dropping this bad gambit.

Why is Clarinet not voting for BGB anymore? Did he just forget why he was scumreading him before the reaction test? It's weird BGB and Clarinet were posting at the same time at the bottom of Page 12 and Clarinet didn't try to push BGB at all for anything even when BGB asked them a question. I don't like this progression very much.
