12 Days of Likeshop - 2024 - it's time to go

Well I hope y'all've had as much fun as I have, but it's time to close the likeshop!

There are a few mystery boxes that are still coming (and will last through New Years), and I will revert the tour and remaining bejeweled boxes around then as well. All told we hit 62 pages of likeshop, gambled 420k (only lost 6k), funded a Palafin suspect, spend 1.27 million likes on banners, found Taylor Swift's Smogon account, and donated 60,000 likes to Kaiju Bunny for fun art.

:nidoking: you can request as many mons as you'd like, but there's a reason these are just quick little doodles lol (I do not want to get burnt out with requests)

I cannot guarantee quality, but if you're looking for something more polished, I would suggest commissioning me :^)

Edit: 3k Scyther + Bayleef doodle is cool, don’t need it for my pfp it’s just cool to have

All mystery boxes should be reverted now, and if you were promised a mystery box but never received it, you have been refunded with interest. If you want your mystery box name back (namely Taylor Swift, Shrek, and SMOGONBIRD), please go here.

I am temporarily unlocking the thread so anyone that has any issues with their account still (espeically locked custom titles) or thinks they paid for something they never recieved can resolve it here, but barring any outstanding issues, Likeshop 2024 is wrapped!

Thanks to all the involved in the likeshop!!! I bet it was tough with these 60+ pages of messages ranging from simple petitions to gambling addicts. I think this was a very interesting demonstration of Smogon's virtual cultural aspects, like lending likes, gifting, how quickly a post can be shared and what are the things more important for the community. That suspect will go to history on weirdest way it happened. Mix and mega should be thriving right now too. :aggron-mega:

I saw lots of discussions about how people could get enough reactions for things like banners, drawings, titles, etc., also varying from thoughtful gifts to borderline manipulation lol.

Very interesting overall, so again, thanks everyone involved and happy new year 2025!
