For pult's nature, I'd recommend Hasty. This lets dragapult outspeed the max speed jolly scarf dracovishes that ladder loves, which otherwise 3-0 this team. It also soldifies the timid scarf heatran matchup some, though that's not a hugely popular set.
As there are no full submissions for week 4, there will be no changes to the team other than the Hasty Nature change to Dragapult suggested by Here Comes Team Charm! . Here is our final team for Cycle 1!

Volcanon with Shuca Berry can receive a strong Earthquake from the foes Landorus, Excadrill... Overheat and Steam Eruption are the STAB and Sludge Wave is for random fairys like Sylveon or Tapu Lele, but mostly often the preferred attack are Overheat or Steam Eruption.

i love clefable rn, the counter babiri set has good use but i really want to get this set out here :> specially fat encore can really throw a lot of mons for a loop, including but not limited to: all tapu finis, all good necrozmas, all cresselias, all sylveons, and both mons which are immediately invalidated by fairy types (regidrago, urshifu-s). it also has a,, positive matchup against togekiss but u can still get flinched to death bc togekiss is togekiss. unaware can really take this mon far, beating out most set up stallers not named av registeel :) the evs are for tanking specs necrozma prismatic laser, and the prismatic laser after calm minding and healing up with sitrus+soft-boiled
After spreading the word about Celesteela, it's time to popularize THE annoying (and best) Pokemon. Aromatisse beats the fairies and the dragons in the DFS metagame ggs. Physdef maximize odds against urshifus and all physical attackers + rocky helmet helps struggle in damaging the opposing Pokemon. gn choice mons and weak mons.

This Urshifu set has a winning match up against most physical attackers in the tier with the combination of Iron Defense + Body Press and can break through certain defensive pokemon such as Swampert,Registeel, and Ferrothorn. It can boost past most Zygarde as well, only losing to the sub toxic set.

u live specs hyper beam if u cm t1(which u should so u dont get owned), then u can nasty plot t2 and kill with psyshock
u can also encorelock sylv into yawn/fake tears, and beat custap sylv without needing to encore them
u beat scarf fini through encore t1, then u can cm spam
if they dont trick or u are against any other fini, u can setup spam
212 spe is to speedcreep base 100s
I haven't calced this on too much but you can probably setup spam on other mons like volcanion or something
also beats blissey, registeel, and other stall mons that cant hit it incredibly hard
