Welcome to the 1v1 Tag Team Tour (OM Opus)! Everything you need to know about 1v1 Tag Team Tour and information about how this is going to happen can be found below.

Tournament Rules:​
  • General tournament rules and regulations can be found here.
  • Best of five, single elimination.
  • If metagame changes occur during the middle of a round, they will take effect in the subsequent round.
  • Battles must take place on main server or smogtours.
  • Replays are required.
  • Do not make baseless activity posts; get in contact with your opponent and report missed times / scheduling issues only.
Players will signup in teams of three. Each player on the team may only play one set in a given week, and no ghosting between teammates is allowed.
Each week will consist of three series.

Each serie will be in a different 1v1 OM. They will be the following : UU 1v1, NatDex 1v1, and LC 1v1.

On subs - If you do not have a team, you are welcome to post "in as free agent" or something similar. If you get picked up for a team, great! If not, you will be added to a list of players called the Substitute List. If, at any point during Round 1, a player goes completely missing from the team, with no attempt to play their games, they will be given the option to permanently replace that player with their choice of someone on the Substitute List.

The Senate  vs  Oupi Goupi Goomys
UU 1v1: Hoppip vs Shiftry
- hoppip runs eviolite but gets a knock off and sucker punch to the face plus a taunt for good measure; Longrat also causing civil conflict in the Senate with their quick win
NatDex 1v1: Spiritomb vs Victini
- Victini runs the classic Z-Celebrate but gets crit on by a band foul play
LC 1v1: Swadloon vs Kartana
- Kartana uses sword dance thinking the battle's already won but swadloon launches a devastating tera blast fire type that crits, and types in chat "my bad"

UU 1v1: Bewear vs *assumed* Bulbasaur
- Bewear with Choice Band uses rest and falls flat on the bulbsaur, winning in its sleep.
NatDex 1v1: rocky helmet vs Marth from Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon and the Blade of Light
- Anonymous throws a pokeball and out comes Marth from Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon and the Blade of Light. Glitched throws the rocky helmet at Anonymous and wins be technicality. Lucina is dissapointed.
LC 1v1: Victini vs torterra(xx)
- Band Victini fusion flare nearly ko's torterra, who hands on with a sash and uses shell smash. One earthquake and the grass starter beats the fire legendary.

UU 1v1: Josuke Higashikata vs cramorant
- Josuke uses their Crazy Diamond, but the funny blue bird vomits a Pikachu and sends him back a season to Part 7
NatDex 1v1: Ditto vs Sylveon
- Sylveon gets flashbacks from the Kalos war after seeing the ditto transform into a sylveon and offers a truce.
LC 1v1: Gojo vs Dwebble
- Even Gojo's Six Eyes are no match for dwebble's choice band 252+ adamant 31 attack IV tera rock Rock Wrecker. No crit necessary.

- Piplup plays a game of calcio vs Robert Baggio and scores a penalty shot
LC 1v1: Breloom vs Australia
- Not even Toxic Heal Breloom can survive the Safari Zone that is an Australian's backyard, which may have red kangaroos, Huntsman spiders, and even wild RTMs.

My job is really boring on Mondays in summer cause of less customers. Anybody want to order food from here?
