Calling act on behalf of Rudi vs Thiago Nunes

They scheduled for 8pm gmt+1 today as seen here.

Nunes did not arrive and when we pinged his managers we were told his house had lost power and he was unavailable

We accepted this at face value and agreed to reschedule.

However an hour and a half later, Nunes was clearly online because he was playing his SCL game. It's worth noting that this guy has missed times against every single one of his opponents so far this tour. Since it has now been an hour and a half since scheduled time and the excuse for his absence was apparently bollocks, we're calling act. We've done our due diligence and the TDs can sort this shitshow out.

Pinged asking for Thiago at x:09, manager said he had no wifi. Clearly had enough to play in SCL though! This was already after being late to the scheduled time (because of said game but I gave courtesy of following tour sub procedure).

This is also after Thiago missed the original scheduled time and my player accommodated accordingly. Thiago even picked the time so not sure what happened there (gz on the SCL win though!!)
