This is my first time doing this, so if you don't agree just cope

SS Bo5: stravench vs Waylaid - Close one, but I think Waylaid got this (DPP here would've been better)
SM: Jamez vs Elo Bandit - Probably the highlight MU of this series, so I am not really counting Jamez out
ORAS: SwordIsBored vs Roginald - Top whatever ORAS yeah I know, but Roginald is cracked at mons so I am bolding them for now
BW: Itchy vs dreepy - I had my eyes on dreepy before the retain and I am positive they are going to start this PL strong

SM: Kry vs Felucia - Nobody is bolding Felucia, so the ratio between the amount staked by the bookies and the bettor is in our favor here

hi welcome to a new edition of bern predicts this time i'll have a bit more to say since it's week 1 i suppose
Hellfire Heatrans (3.5) vs (4.5) RPS Rhyperiors
SV Bo7: Indi01 vs recti (I heard this is getting played in a few hours, as rfns tend to go i'm gonna say that this is a 50/50.)
SV Bo5: Slip vs Urfgurgle (urfgurgle has the up when it comes to general pokemon knowledge, obviously slip has the mainer difference but I think urfgurgle can learn quite quickly if he proposes himself to it, and with murm support in the back i have no doubt that he has good ideas, so i'm putting this one as a 55/45, leaning on slip for now but the win is definitely for urf's taking if he dedicates.)
SV Bo5: prunyy vs Miyoko (yeah this is just miyoko's win i think, prunyy can put up a fight but as far as fights like these go, miyoko just has the upper hand, 30/70)
SS Bo7: gorilaa vs Here Comes Team Charm! (i genuinely have zero clue how gorilaa moves in ss, however gorilaa has been having solid results overall in most tours, so i think he'll be able to put up a good fight, as for the reason why jamez isn't here... i genuinely have no idea, but this is still going to be an interesting matchup, 40/60)
SS Bo5: stravench vs Waylaid (the recent ss cup champion versus a long-time ss player, this will certainly be a matchup of all time, putting it at a 48/52 for now)
SM: Jamez vs Elo Bandit (bandit plays too good at the game i think, and i don't think anyone knows how his clicking goes, but jamez will have to win in the builder, which right now seems sorta impossible, 25/75)
ORAS: SwordIsBored vs Roginald (no jokes here, sword wins, rogi is good but sword is better. 70/30)
BW: Itchy vs dreepy (one would think this is easily itchy's win, if they've seen itchy's past records especially during pl6, but i think dreepy got a fairly solid shot, they have support from no one else than urfgurgle, and we know how good he is at the game, however, itchy is still itchy, they shouldn't be underestimated, and i think while this leans into itchy's favor, it's gonna be a difficult one for sure, 51/49
Monopoke: TBD vs TBD
Personal opinions: Both teams' lineups look quite sensible, i think only things i would change is maybe switch dreepy for sv and get urf back in bw, as well as get jamez in ss and gorilaa in sm as previously mentioned, but outside of that these are great lineups and this matchup is gonna be a difficult one for both teams.

SV Bo5: Kala chasmah vs Vertigo (despite kala being, like, that guy, vertigo is still an extremely solid player with really good results, and while i think kala has been undergoing a huge development, i don't think it's enough to beat vertigo, 35/65)
SV Bo5: Anonymous1634 vs xdRudi.exe (just out of experience i'd say that rudi's got this one, anon has good experience as well so this one will be close, 40/60)
SS Bo7: Nunnbetter vs zo (one of these two i've actually beaten in ss, anyway pretty close match but mishlef support closes it out for me, 60/40)
SS Bo5: Fragments vs DannyDoritos (yeah unfortunately i don't see a chance for danny here, 90/10)
SM: Mishlef vs RADU (can someone explain to me why in barras there's like literally no support in sm besides close and we're putting mishlef in? close gonna have to do some heavy lifting for this one imo, 30/70)
ORAS: Tox1c1v1 vs SEROO (i still don't know who mrbrazy is or what their deal is, they just look like some guy that use program and try and get away with wins and not much else, hopefully seroo knows how to deal with this sort of thing, 35/65)
BW: Rei vs LpZ (i just think they're the stronger player, but nr by much, i think rei can definitely hold their own in this tier but so far bw's been looking kinda dire this tour with no taka n stuff, 40/60)
Monopoke: TBD vs TBD
Personal thoughts: yeah like these two look quite solid, the ss on barras specifically looks extremely good and thwackeys' sv is also a force to be reckoned with, most of their other slots also do a fine enough job to where i think they will do nicely.

SV Bo7: Nuxl vs bea (the umpl mu duking it out in bo7, hell yeah, now personally i think that bea is not quite the bo7 look, however against nuxl i think they can definitely hold her own, this is a 40/60)
SV Bo5: neomon vs Fancy1 (i really like fancy but also this is neomon we're talking about, i think if it was literally anybody else i would be bolding fancy, but alas, 55/45)
SV Bo5: fake tom numbers vs Akeras (i'm not talking about this matchup, 65/35)
SS Bo7: luser vs glitched (hate, HATE bolding against glitched, but her recent results do not lead me to believe she as cut out for ss7 anymore, and luser has been only getting better and better records, and so we eclipse in this battle, the rising star versus the falling comet, i have high hopes for glitched but truly speaking i have no idea how she'd pull off the win, 70/30)
SS Bo5: feen vs SuperMemeBroz (idk but i think smbz got this, maybe because ss can be a new ground for him to come back to, but don't have the highest of hopes, 48/52)
SM: Marshmelto vs The God of 1v1 ❄ (tgo is probably not, like, ready for a tour setting, they've not played any tours despite them having some good roomtour records but like that's it, this is an 85/15)
ORAS: torterraxx vs Kaif (torterraxx is my goat but yeah it's kaif, kaif is kaif, 40/60)
BW: Palestine vs LittEleven (steen comes back from the dead after an 8-0 record and like no one bolds him do we live in opposite day whar, no but seriously, if deg is supporting steen this is an undefeated slot, and there's a good chance he is, so like, why are we not bolding steen. 60/40)
Monopoke: AhmedxWaleed vs Kanha Greninja
Personal thoughts: panchams look lowkey weird drafting, they got deddd for 13.5 and proceeded not to slot her in, which like, she could be busy but idk it's very weird to me, then we have no sm player aside from bea and they had to slot tgo in order to fill that hole, which also strikes me as odd, megarays got a better drafting plan and also got quite a lot of underpays in notater, fake tom, and steen, if deg really is supporting this is a team that can make playoffs.

ok that's it for me, gl recti and indi in like 3 and a half hours.
