Ok. Dad got us some tickets (crap seats though) for tonight's game at home to Tottenham. Muamba will be there, hope that spurs our team to victory (pun intended).

Now, looking at the table and everything, you'd think we would be lucky to scrape a point, but if you look at the stats, things don't point in that way...

1. Tottenham have only won once in twelve premier league trips to Bolton, which was in 1996 at Burnden Park
2. We have scored in our last 34 home league games against Tottenham. Last time we didn't was in 1923.
3. None of the last 17 games between the two clubs in all competitions have ended in an away win.
4. We are unbeaten in 3 games (but only have 1 win in 5)
5. Tottenham without an away win in 2012
6. Tottenham without a win in their last 8 away league games
7. Spurs have not scored in their last 4 away games

Looking at all them, I'd say a Spurs win in the least likely outcome of the match, meaning we should get at least the point we need to take us out of the relegation zone.

If we lose now, I'll be devastated after all this big long post on how we shouldn't lose...

the sun is throwing the biggest pissy fit imaginable about not getting their lovely redknapp. absolutely appalling, as if we didn't all know it's a shit stupid paper for shit stupid people anyway.

You're not the only one who'll be disappointed if Spurs don't lose tonight.....I still remember when Bolton beat Arsenal last season and helped us leapfrog them and, eventually, come very close to winning the title. Also i kinda want Bolton to stay(although the prospect of Bartman quitting is tempting to say the least).

Enjoy the match Bartman.

In the Newcastle - Chelsea game Cisse has just scored with a pretty decent Thierry Henry impression. Receives a pass, flick it up with one foot, and a finish into the top corner. He wasn't facing away from goal or had a defender on top of him but still what a shot! He must be worth about 30mil now?

my bets: newcastle to win in both halves, newcastle win/draw, no tottenham goalscorer, bolton win/draw

so far all of them are fucking up
yessssssssssssssss

Stupid of Di matteo to not play his best team in a match of this importance.Sure he has done a good job so far but this is just plain stupid. As if there wasn't enough pressure on us to win the CL final.Nice fuck up boss.

What a marvellou strike! I'm gonna practice that tomorrow evening :P Well done Newcastle. As i mentioned earlier,it was really stupid of Di matteo underestimate the strength of your squad, especially after all those wonderful performances. This is what led to AVB's downfall; He tried to rotate when only a some of our players are very good. What was Di Matteo thinking?

NEWCASTLE I FUCKING LOVE YOU

34/1 ahahahahahaha

P.S. HBK, Lee left you this on my facebook: "Message is as follows - 'sup'"

Arsenal.. do not fuck up.

Seriously.. I know you enjoy to completely crumble at the end of the season to fuck shit up.. but really.. can't do that shit now.

Beat Norwich please..

This is going to be one hell of a finish. For the title AND for 3rd.

o yes 1 point between 3rd and 5th, newcastle has only +9 GD though.

Should I stop being a statistician, y/n?

1st goal should have never been, blatant handball.

We just got counter-attacked 3 times in 9 minutes...
