Look who's back :D God I miss those 25 yards screamers and him kissing the camera when scoring at Old Toilet +_+

as somebody once put it, football's a funny old game. Never know when the next upset happens.

until Mertesacker flops right in my face in premier league matches I think I wont be able to stop loving this guy. Maybe I haven't seen giant center backs playing for arsenal for too long. *sighs*

hopefully playing a side without a goal so far on his debut will help Mertesacker settle in better. Koscielny's playing so Per is gonna have to lead instead of Vermaelen teaching him a thing or 2 about the premier league.

I miss the 3-1 win at Anfield where Suarez went through four defenders + the keeper all by himself. That was a marvellous sight especially with my younger brother(a Utd. Fan) sitting next to me and staring at the television with his jaw hitting the floor :D

Half-time EPL scores

Arsenal 1-0 Swansea (Arshavin "40)
Everton 1-0 Aston Villa (Osman "19)
Man City 1-0 Wigan (Aguero "13)
Stoke 1-0 Liverpool (Walters (pen) "21)
Sunderland 0-1 Chelsea (Terry "18)
Wolves 0-0 Spurs

Only real surprises so far are that Liverpool are loosing + City haven't scored more (although Tevez did miss a penalty, Dzecko is on the bench, bad for ma fantasy league team). :(

We play hosts to United at half five.

EDIT: Aguero hat-trick for City. 3-0 to them with 70mins gone.

See my next post, 2 down, for full time results.

same deal gildo :(

Im thinking about just getting silva and staying away from the rest of the man city attack.

Arsenal seems like the safer bet to start with. I can see Man City winning 3-0 but I think if I put that bet on they'll win 2-0.. xD

;) Hahah. £123 up now.

Very depressing that Liverpool didn't get at least a point, couldn't believe Suarez missed that sitter.
As for City, Aguero's on fire recently, as are Silva/Nasri... Can't wait to see how they do in the CL on wednesday. Depressed that they rested Dzeko for the CL though, I didn't get any fantasy points! Haha.
And Arsenal didn't do as well as all the southerners on my Facebook seem to reckon, you'd think they'd just won the CL. A win's a win at the end of the day but they've still got some patching up to do, and from the sounds of it the result could have gone either way by the end of the match.

Horrible day for me. Not only did Liverpool lose, all the other results went against us.

Stoke get a very soft penalty. 2 handballs in the penalty box that should be penalties for Liverpool, countless chances missed (that could be attributed to poor finishing) though I have to admit that Stoke were monstrous at defending.

Gonna forget that im on a diet. just ordered a pizza and a chocolate cheese-cake to ease off the pain. gonna be fun eating that watching Man Utd win against bolton :(

Dropped Aguero for Dzeko on fantasy, only for the opposite to happen in real life and Aguero promptly hits a hattrick. Thank god I had Rooney also.

Suarez and Graham missed sitters. Did the Earnshaw disease spread?
