am i the only one who noticed dortmund is winning 3-0 in bayern right now? The fa cup game has been great and im definitely happy im watching it, but wow, dont we have some germans here?

Dortmund were clinical for a change.

Pep making his lahm and alaba come infield created more problems. Of coarse it didn't help them that they were slow in their build-up and the forward players(gotze, ribery, robben and Mandzukic) were poor.

Lastly dortmund pressed brilliantly and really deserve this win.
 
Well Arsenal were legit shit but WOOOO CUP FINAL TIME!!!

Feel kinda bad for Wigan though, they're the most underdog of the underdogs and they didn't deserve to go out today!

Apart from CUP FINAL DAY! the other positive is Sanogo looking very sharp up front with his general play. Bad thing is he can't finish or strike a ball at all...
 
Nah I think Sanogo looks slicker, taking more skilful touches whereas Torres was a speed machine who has had his speed taken away so has had to try to adapt. Sanogo doesn't have that look of a penalty box predator that Torres has, but I think Torres's one-two touches and control is very bad and looks clumsy - kinda like Giroud. I don't know how long we have to wait before Sanogo can finish though but he looks to have much more potential than Giroud.

Barcelona lost again, I'm not surprised though (I predicted a 0-0, close enough I guess).

After this, the chances are Martino will be waived this summer, but I don't think he's the one to blame.
 
what a shit scenario to come into as a manager. Yes it is barcelona, and you have great players, but you also have a squad with several clear holes they you can do absolutely nothing about for an entire year... I don't see it being an easy position to fill, be interesting to see if they can actually get a quality manager to risk it.
 
Barcelona needs to get a recognized centre-back, and fast. I'm pretty sure Mascherano's natural position is as a central defensive midfielder. Plus, he's 5'9 and that's not something you look for in a centre-back. Pique is kind of inconsistent for me. Puyol is way past his prime and injuries have held him back. Marc Bartra isn't bad, but he's still young and is prone to mistakes. Defense is what has screwed over Barcelona, in my opinion. Dani Alves and Jordi Alba push up and that leaves you exposed. Also, they should consider tweaking their style of play. It's getting old and teams are starting to figure them out, lol. I might be wrong, just my two cents.
