yah youre all set to make up any story about what a collection of cells with no neural activity wants, but when it comes to actually listening to the voices of ppl that are already alive, especially women, conservatives just can't make the effort fsr. what if those fetus voices we're like 'actually id prefer if you waited to incubate and birth me until my mom is ready in her life'. But that is apparently a really unlikely request to this way of thinking, and it's more likely, according to these ppl, that the fetus wants to be born into abject poverty with no prospects for social advancement or forced by laws advocated by ppl in this thread to have an abusive father just cause 'lol women are so dumb to have sex if they don't want the baby'.

I'm just gonna leave you with this since you insist on rehashing this. When you have sex, no matter what or how slim you run the risk of having a baby. The only foolproof way to completely 100% not risk pregnancy is not having sex. It's still not rocket science. You shouldn't kill a baby for something that it's not responsible for, in my opinion. It's oftentimes a clump of cells with a heartbeat, and a completely different set of DNA. You cannot mischaracterize that its still a human fetus. Many of the policies your pushing for are for killing it even when with our technological advancements, it's viable outside of the womb. It's your fault, grow a pair and be a responsible adult. If you don't want to be a parent, there are plenty of willing and wanting, loving parents that can adopt (and that also addresses birthing the baby in a bad living situation).

On some level i deeply admire your mindset, because objectively, youre 100% right. But in reality most impoverished people aren't as strong willed and as hard working as your parents.

It isn't too much to ask for someone poor to work hard and become successful. It IS too much to declare laziness as the primary reason why millions of Americans are struggling when there are much more apparent variables out of their control (slavery, instutional classism, buttsexism, sexism, racism, and gamerism). Its for this exact reason why I despise both political parties and the only politician I believe to be truly emblematic of the American spirit is Andrew Yang. Seriously guys hes a cool guy.

Anti-abortion advocates just use this bullshit excuse that they're "protecting life" as a cover to push for what they really want to do: control women's bodies. Any interest in the life of the unborn child is warranted only when it is possible for that unborn child to survive outside of the womb. Period. And since you brought up adoption, that still doesn't change the fact that under your proposal, the mother would still be forced to give birth. Also, do you really want to put more strain on the foster care system than we already have?
