I've gone through once again and updated the OP.

I am aware that this substitution has happened fairly late into the week, so if you two need an extension please contact me.

On top of this, Birkal has been added as a sub.
 
I'd like to quickly clarify rulings regarding ghosting on Smogon. Any piece of advice directly given to a player, privately or publicly, is by definition ghosting. Any future breach of this rule will result in a player's immediate disqualification from the tournament and can be grounds for a ban from CAP tournaments.
 
Alright, as we move on to week 2 I need to address a few things really quick.

The following users have been granted extensions for their matches:
arn.av136 vs D2TheW
SubZeroMartin vs reachzero
Doomstadt vs LolTrollGame

The above users have until Wednesday, January 27th at 11:59pm GMT-6 to complete their matches.

Unfortunately, as is the nature with circuit tournaments, the users still listed as subs in round 1 will be dropped from the tournament, those users being Zicofool, dahli, and Birkal. However, there will still be opportunities for each of you to compete in the 2021 CAP Tournament Circuit as the year progresses. The next opportunity to join will be the CAP 29 Playtest in April.
