The moveset is listed under "Toxic Staller" in the Walrein D/P analysis. As for Dragontamer's topic about it...I don't bookmark, and search is disabled, so...do the admins still have search function?
STALLRein's moveset is easy enough to figure out:

It's the EVs that I'm not quite sure about. EV-wise, it has something to do with having the HP being dividable by 16, and enough Speed EVs to outspeed Suicune to a Roar.
