.

Things you should work on:

-Expanding your descriptions can be a daunting task but it is worth it.
-Instead of telling us what selected moves are used for, describe how it helps the overall team
- Describe why you chose that pokemon in the first place aswell.
- make an introduction, introducing yourself and/or describing how your team plays.

Before I start suggesting sets and other pokemon, tell me the main focus of your team. Is it to give gyarados an oppurtunity to sweep? This doesn't mean that if gyarados is taken out, all hope is lost.

Also tell us what type of team your trying to go for.

Thanks for the tips.

Ok.
Already the strategy of the team bases before all on them itself Of EH's + the sweep of terrakion, gyarados and latios but you do not have of anti spinner what will make mostly fail the sweep. I you advice to put jellicent on jolteon not only you can keep OF EH's but you will have one against in the rains which very hurt especially if politoed choice spec with shadow ball(full def spec) for starmie . For Deoxys puts Thunder wave on toxic. Gyarados Leftovers and gyroball for fortresse because gliscor sub SD .Sinon the rest of the team remains correct. GL

thanks a lot. what set should i run on jellicent?

#~Némésys~# (Jellicent) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 212 HP / 88 Def / 164 SDef / 44 Spd
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Recover
- Scald
- Will-O-Wisp
- Shadow Ball
No problem man ^^ GG

No time for a proper rate, unfortunately, but the thing which jumps out at me is how weak you are to Electric attacks and Volt Switching in particular. Rotom-W or Rotom-C especially wall Jelli, Gyarados and sorta Forretress, and your only Electric resist is Latios which is easily broken down by common U-turners like Scarf Landorus.

Tyranitar and other rock type attackers also look like big problems because your only rock resist is your team's late game sweeper, Terrakion, which you don't want to be taking damage early.

Stuff you could try: Possibly Ferrothorn + Donphan > Deoxys-D + Forretress. Or you could just take Donphan by itself.

Sorry this is a bit of a lacklustre rate, good team though.

thank you for the rate. what sets for ferrothorn & donphan?

Ferrothorn favorites :)

Ferrothorn (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 104 Def / 152 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Power Whip
- Stealth Rock
- Leech Seed
- Thunder Wave

As others said, Rotom-W seems like a big issue because of your huge thunder weakness. As the people above stated, Ferro or Donphan would be really good for the team.
@Leftiez, if he's running both ferro + donphan, ferrothorn should hold spikes because he has such a good rapid spin blocker in jellicent.

If you're using Ferro + Donphan
Ferrothorn (M) @ Leftovers or Rocky Helmet
Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Power Whip
- Spikes
- Leech Seed
- Thunder Wave / Gyro Ball <- useful against fast pokemons when you don't want to risk missing power whip and letting them set up a sub.

Donphan should be the bulky variant as long as it has SR + Rapid Spin.

Note: Items clause - you can't use Leftovers on everybody. Nor should you.

Terrakon Speed-ties w/ Infernape w/o the Scarf. But without a focus band, Infernape's Close Combat beats yours, doesn't it? Then again, I suppose you could just switch out assuming a fakeout...

Donphan's a nice set. Does what it needs to, then pretends Earthquake is an attack. :) I suppose there aren't that many Skarmory in the format anymore...

Jellicent - should be female, but otherwise looks fair.
Ferrothorn - I like Rocky Helmet on this guy. When it hits, it hits harder than they expect.

Gyarados - Nice DW Gyarados w/ Bounce. Only comes in male, but with so many males on your team this isn't a giveaway. I like Bounce as an evasion/stall move, but sooner or later you're going to have to take the hit. Then again, there's not many things that can take a STAB DD's Bounce hit on the switch in.

Latios - Weak to Ice, Dragon, and Dark Moves. I have a hard time imagining a special speeper w/o one of those three. :/ 'just saying.

I like the ballance on this team, but I suspect that any Lead that needs to get something down is going to get it down by focus sash. I suspect any lead that can't take a close combat is going to switch into a ghost. And the loss of tempo associated with that switch could really hurt you.
