First of all, next round and onwards, I will be making deadlines 5 days long. This is in order to ensure this doesn't drag on for too long. You guys have been informed now!

All of you are wondering when playing ORAS OU will become an option. I've discussed, yet again, the concerns we've had regarding ORAS OU being included with the TDs, and we've decided we're sticking with the format we announced (both players can agree to play XY OU, but if they can't come to an agreement, ORAS OU will be the metagame they are required to play). As such, don't bring up the topic again.

With that said, Mega Salamence was just banned today, and so the ORAS OU metagame will be experiencing plenty of changes these coming weeks.

As such, here's what I am planning to do. Look at this picture. [8 winner][8 losers] will be when ORAS OU will be introduced, which would be round 6. That gives you guys 3 whole rounds (round 3 | round 4 | round 5) to familiarize yourselves with ORAS OU. Use the time from here and onwards to learn the metagame so that you are prepared in the future. SPL is right around the corner, too, so it'd be in your best interest to learn ORAS OU anyway if you're looking to make yourself an attractive option for managers to consider. If you don't bother to learn and prepare for ORAS OU by the time round 6 arrives, that's on you.

these are the fights i'm most interested in. i predict tesung beats sinclair and sinclair wins the losers bracket fight

shame that one of BKC and FLCL will have to be out this round. i go with FLCL because BKC sucks at XY

won vs sinclair, g1 and 2 came down to 5050s (or kinda 5050s), g3 he got a improtant crit with a focus blast that was more than made up for by a focus miss that won me the game. Ggs more or less
