How this works

There will be between 6 teams this year. Each team will have 6 starters and at least 3 subs (minimum roster size of 9). The players are bought using the 100k credits that managers receive during the auction. Managers and co-managers will be allowed to purchase themselves as players for their team at a fixed price of 13.5k. The managers must inform the hosts (BoingK, Akeras and velvet) of all self-purchases before the beginning of the auction. Teams can win their weekly matchups by winning 4 of the 6 matches their players have to play. Players listed on an OMPL roster will not be allowed to play but may still manage a team. Those managing an OMPL team will not be allowed to play or manage.

It is recommended that all games are played on SmogTours with the current version of the format corresponding to those listed above. Games can be played on the Pokemon Showdown main server if and only if both players agree, but run a higher risk of interference from server restarts/crashes. The result between players may be decided in a best-of-one or best-of-three at both players' discretion. If there is no agreement, the result will decided in a Bo1 by default.
Points will be awarded according to the result in a week: a win is 2 points, a draw is 1 point, and a loss awards no points. In addition, the manner in which the round has been won will also be recorded, i.e. the difference between a team's wins and losses in a specific week's round (referred to as "Win Differential").

Playoffs:
Each team will play one another in a round-robin regular season format. Based on the final standings, the top 4 teams will enter the knockout phase of the tournament, with the semi-finals consisting of the first seed playing the fourth seed, and the second seed playing the third seed. Finals will then consist of the winners of each semi-final draw.

Tiebreaker

In the event of two teams being tied for a spot in the finals based on points and win differential, or there is a tie in the final round itself, we will have a tiebreaker round(s).
Tiebreak Procedure:
Both teams submit three strike choices, ranked. The hosts process both lists at the same time until we end up with three metas (if both of them strike the same meta at some point) or more likely, four unstruck metas. If there are four, the hosts randomly pick three of the four for tiebreaker.

Substitutes

Substitutes are to be used in the case of extenuating circumstances, whether on the first day of the week, or the last. At the same time, players should be relatively well-aware of who all are available to play in the opponent's camp. If last-minute substitutes are being frequently used or abused and the hosts find explanations unsatisfactory, the hosts still reserve the right to veto them. Teams are only granted a maximum of two substitutes per week to prevent the abuse of substitutions. Any substitutions after the second will be vetoed.
  • Follow all rules listed here.
  • Schedule via Smogon VMs. It's easier for me to make decisions for activity calls when I can actually see what went down with scheduling.
  • If you are unable to schedule with your opponent, please let your managers know ASAP so they can communicate that to me or the other team's managers for a potential substitute.
  • Substitutions may be made after a week has started. When making a substitution, please tag myself, the managers of the opposing team, and all of the players affected by the substitute to ensure that everyone is made aware. Players who have already played in the week or were subbed out in the same week cannot be subbed back in.
  • If a match remains incomplete by the time of the deadline, it will be subject to an activity call.
  • Replays are mandatory. Not only are they useful for confirming wins, they contribute to usage stats and allow the people who couldn't watch the games live to watch them later.
  • Managers: Please send me your lineups in the same format that I used to post pairings. It makes it much easier to post future rounds more quickly.
>>Spreadsheet thanks to the amazing Ticken <<

BH: Hiusi guy vs damflame 3: i didnt like what i saw Hisui guy run vs Dragonillis last week + Dam is just the overall better player, should win 70% of the time

AAA: Gimmicky vs rarre
BH: Rightclicker vs Stolen Identity: Match of the week?, Both of these players have been fairly consistent last week, Rightclicker does seem to be a little more inexperienced and is coming off two losses in a row, so i think his mentality might be a bit bad, while Stolen Identity has been just an omfl monster this tour, so i think he'll win pretty consistently

BH: MagearnaTheBoss vs lemonstre1: Lemon is back for Dragonillis in this week, while i do think this might be a closer matchup than if Dragonillis was playing lemon still does have a great amount of knowledge and support on the tier, so there gonna cook (maybe not cook to hard this time...), MTB does still have the chance to win tho as he did get a really poor Matchup last week so i wouldnt be suprised if he won

Double Post oh well, Welcome back to the Annual (should be for the rest of OMFL) BH Reviews!
As always im still pretty new to this so take these reviews with a grain of Salt, ive also made some improvements to the overall formatting thanks to BoingK's Review Posts so shoutout to him

:Oshawott: Stolen identity vs MagearnaTheBoss :Pichu:
:kyogre-primal: :swampert-mega: :steelix-Mega: :Greninja-Ash: :Audino-Mega: :Melmetal: vs :Blaziken-mega: :Koraidon: :Arceus-Ghost: :Audino-mega: :Greninja-Ash: :Kyogre-Primal:
On Preview we see that Stolen Identity is running V87 rain, like his opponent Big Tony 2014 last week, However its Audino-Mega over Chansey, some notable things about this team are of course the Tinted Lens Choice Specs Ash Greninja paired with Dry Skin Mega Steelix to Improof and Drizzle Mega Swampert to setup the rain, While, MagearnaTheBoss seems to be running a Balance team with Choice Band Tinted Lens Blaziken paired with Fur Coat Arceus-Ghost to Improof, and Koraidon seems to be improofing the Ash-Greninja possibly. This Matchup just looks to be winning for Stolen Identity from the beginning, as nothing on MTB's team can take the brute force of Ash-Greninja, and Stolen Identity has many mons to pivot it in or sacrifice to bring it in. The Game Starts of Strong with Ash Greninja OHKOing MTB's Koraidon, but MTB soon after manages to make Stolen Identity sacrifice his Mega Audino against Mega Blaziken as realistically nothing else can come in on it. A couple of turns go by untill Ash-Greninja manages to come back in safely, severely weaken MTB's Primal Kyogre and pick up a KO on the Arceus-Ghost, pretty much forcing MTB on his last leg as he has to go into his own Ash-Greninja to be able to pressure it out, however Stolen Identity has too much counterplay and manages to kill it with Destiny Bond from Melmetal, which seal's the game as Stolen Identity can just pivot in and out and pick off the rest of MTB's team, doing so and ending this battle on Turn 32.

This battle was almost already over from the beginning, Rain and just other Weather Teams are very Matchup Reliant, as they cannot breakthrough easily if the opponent has some counterplay options, however MTB didnt, MTB also seems to have not Recognised the Team as he did try to switch in Koraidon, expecting an Surging Strikes or Wicked Blow, but he couldve tried going to Primal Kyogre first, this doesnt really matter however since this Matchup was just pretty much Impossible for MTB to win because of the Team + Stolen Identity's overall Skill and Gameplay Knowledge, some could say "MTB could not stop the power of all the tonies - big tony 2014, sizeable tony, enormous tony, humongous tony, massive tony, and large tony"

:Psyduck: Hisui Guy vs Dragonillis :Togekiss:
:Arceus-Ghost: :Swampert-Mega: :Miraidon: :Greninja-Ash: :Ho-Oh: :Chansey: vs :Arceus-Fairy: :Celesteela: :Eternatus: :Garchomp-Mega: :Chansey: :Audino-mega:
On Preview, Hisui Guy's Team seems to be balance with Powerful Mons like Ash-Greninja, The defensive core seems to be the unusual Fur Coat Miraidon Paired with Arceus-Ghost and Mega Swampert. One Note is that really Shield Hero as a anime name man.. just use like Bleach since u already have the other 2 members of the Big Three, anyways while Dragonillis team is also pretty balanced with Setup Garchomp-Mega and Magic Guard Life Orb Eternatus as the Breakers, Improofed by possibly double Fur Coat in Arceus-Fairy and Celesteela, however more likely is that Celesteela is RegenVest, and Ice Scales Audino-Mega. from the preview Dragonillis seems to have the advantage as Hisui guy doesnt really have a clean way to breakthrough Dragonillis defensive Core, and that Mega Garchomp and Eternatus do well into Hisui Guy's Team, Arceus-Fairy also can breakthrough Hisui guy's team since it can force out Miraidon, and Ho-Oh can really switch into it due to Thunder Cage. This game starts off seeming to be just usual but quickly on Turn 4 Hisui Guy suprises Dragonillis by OHKOing his Celesteela with V-Create, probably something that Dragonillis didnt expect Hisui Guy to use or maybe forgot about it, this also confirms it was RegenVest. Turns go by of just switching untill Dragonillis is granted a chance to setup with Arceus-Fairy and manages to call an Ash Greninja Switch in from Hisui Guy, OHKOing it and equalizing the match, More turns go by again but this time Dragonillis is in the advantage and once again manages to setup, with Eternatus this time, chipping Ho-Oh severly and managing to take out Mega Swampert, forcing Hisui Guy to go into his Imposter, and Dragonillis decides to take an 50/50 on the Speedtie, and loses letting his Eternatus go down. later on we get an Arceus-Fairy vs Arceus-Ghost Setup Battle which Dragonillis wins, chipping Arceus-Ghost a lot, and forcing Hisui Guy to go to Imposter and Barely be able to beat the Arceus-Fairy at 6% Hp, however Dragonillis just goes into his Chansey not allowing the Imposter Arceus-Fairy to regain Any Hp with Strength Sap. This then Forces Hisui Guy to into his Ho-Oh while Dragonillis switches into his weakened Audino-Mega who has to switch out since he cant risk it letting it go down, luckily Rng rolls in the side of Dragonillis as he manages to bring in his Mega Garchomp while Ho-Oh misses the V-Create on it, letting it Setup and clean the rest of the game on Turn 59.

In the Beginning this seemed to be a dire situation for Dragonillis after his Celesteela had gone down but with some accurate predicts and plays he managed to bring it back and win in BH once again. Hisui Guy seemed to be a bit rusty to me as he did make some interesting plays but he probably thought that this Mu was already bad for him and he had to play a bit risky to not Completely lose this Game

:spectrier: Rightclicker vs Damflame 3 :garganacl:
:Alakazam-Mega: :Chansey: :Eternatus: :Arceus-Ground: :Celesteela: :Ting-Lu: vs :Chansey: :Arceus-Ghost: :Lucario-Mega: :Magearna: :Swampert-Mega: :Eternatus:
From the Preview, we see that Righclicker is running a boring Balance team with Alakazam-Mega and Eternatus, with the defensive core of Ice Scales Arceus-Ground, Fur Coat Celesteela, and RegenVest Ting-Lu, Meanwhile, Dam stepped in for me this week and cooked a pretty balanced team consisting of Tough Claws Non-Setup Lucario-Mega and more of a Defensive Magic Guard Eternatus, the Defensive core is of Fur Coat Arceus-Ghost, Ice Scales Magearna, and RegenVest Swampert, Matchup is pretty balanced as Mega Lucario is a pretty threatening pokemon for RightClicker's Team, while Alakazam-Mega and Eternatus can be overwhelming for Magearna alone to handle, Swampert-Mega can help against Eternatus but can be broken by Alakazam-Mega depending on set, but Dam should be fine as long as he maintains his Magearna at a high Hp with Strength Sap. The game starts and early on TIng-Lu gets poisoned and weakened severly, we also learn that Alakazam-Mega is probably a Magic Guard Set with Life Orb (could be wrong on this tho) with Luster Purge and Blue Flare, making it a huge Problem for Magearna to handle, severly weakening Magearna. More turns go by untill Arceus-Ghost gains a chance to setup and manages to Kill Rightclickers Arceus-Ground, switching to Chansey when Imposter comes in to Stall it. More turns of switching go by with nothing much untill Turn 45 where Mega Swampert takes some chip however is able to Pivot out to Imposter, which then kills the Mega Alakazam, winning the 50/50 Speedtie, as Ting-Lu is too Low to switch in. this pretty much marks the game over as Rightclicker can no longer really breakthrough Dam's defensive core as Magearna should be able to Wall the Eternatus even at Low Hp, and Dam can always just go to imposter to Speedtie it. More turns of switching go by, notably Dam does manage to Pick off Rightclickers Celesteela, untill eventually Arceus-Ghost manages to Setup once again and clean up the rest of the Game on turn 114.

This was a well fought battle for both to be honest, both played fairly consistently, however Rightclicker did unfortunately use the wrong a past PokePaste version of his team by accident in this matchup which had Tidy Up Arceus-Ground instead, this opened up a pretty noticable problem to Take Heart Arceus sets for him, if ur wondering he did change it to Take Heart Arceus in the latest Version of the PokePaste, but again unfortunately misclicked.

almos any abilty reviwe (am real good at aaa so am doign it and im totally not doign this to stop gimmikcy)

they both lead with regen mons idk and then both use uturn (why does manaphy get uturn wtf) into their own wallbreakers. deo-s gets a kill bc its epic idk what ability it is
and then some shenanigans happen in the chat as they both swithci nto more defensive mons until hands reveal its sd and then does nothing into pecha
some boring switches until sealoo kils cinder w dbond!!!! idk how huge this is but killing 1 mon is epic
and then even more boring switches until gambit gets a buncha sd's up and then just wins the game cuz its a gambit damn its just like svou

rarre leads w a boring ass regen moon (i think) who just clicks uturn turn 1 into getting regenvest manaply knocked (might be huge idk)
and then they both reveal permaweather zapdos and heatran and omg its just like the opulse fireceus days in balanced hackmons
autumn lets tran get chipped and tusk get knocked which i think is good for rarre but then they left their zap get knocked so now it has 0 longevity w rocks up
rarres moth then sets up tspikes on a free entry into tran which cripples 3 of autumns mons
boring balance shit happens until zap kills tran w weather ball!!!!!!! however it just dies to rocks later so theres like 0 value outta that i think
both players start saccing more shit and now it looks like a typical balance war
then hadron ghold kills tusk!!! now i tihkn sor moon is unwallable and it is

man these games are mid wheres the stall at

idk what happened but i skipped to the end and i saw bulletproof tran and hera complaining about a cteam so yeah our aaa is just goat!!!!!

someone do AAA reviews or else im going to start talking about music
please talk about music anyway it's fun.
AAA Review
:Pecharunt: :Deoxys-Speed: :Manaphy: :Iron Hands: :Corviknight: :Kingambit: vs :Zapdos: :Roaring Moon: :Swampert: :Pecharunt: :Corviknight: :Cinderace:
From preview this looks pretty rough for Dahness if sealoo's Corviknight is Volt Absorb as he has very little way to break through and Kingambit looks very threatening unless it's Wisp Cinderace or Body Press Corviknight. Deoxys-Speed is another wildcard that can very easily swing the game on a dime depending on its set. Roaring Moon leads into Manaphy revealing Sword of Ruin. Both U-turn (predictably) revealing physdef Mana and Scarf Moon. Zapdos comes in for Dahness which is answered by Hadron Engine Deo from sealoo. Dahness stays in on Psycho Boost and dies, removing one of his key pieces from the game. This already looks very dire. Swampert comes in which brings out Pecharunt. A bit of standard balance shit happens with Mana getting low from Moon's Knock Off and hitting hard back with U-turn. Iron Hands comes in and uses SD as Dahness switches to Pert before answering it with Pecharunt. Kingambit comes in on Parting Shot, revealing that the Pecharunt is not Prankster, and thus Destiny Bond is off the table to handle Deo or Gambit later. Cinderace comes in, Pecha answers it and there's some more shuffling until Cinder gets taken down by Pecharunt using Destiny Bond. More shuffling and it's revealed that it's SpDef Corviknight on sealoo's side so the Zapdos death is retroactively less egregious. EVEN MORE SHUFFLING and Dahness' Corv is revealed as Fluffy. Eventually the Corv uses Brave Bird and the jig is up; there is no Kingambit answer. Nothing happens for 15 turns as sealoo can afford to play it safe. Eventually Kingambit gets in and starts setting up, and the game is done.
:Heatran: :Corviknight: :Latios: :Zapdos: :Primarina: :Azelf: vs :Gholdengo: :Skarmory: :Great Tusk: :Pecharunt: :Blissey: :Zamazenta:
Gimmicky rolls up with a pretty solid BO with (presumably) Regen Primarina and some PsySpam action. I approve. Hera on the other hand uses some weird semi-stall or something, and it frankly offends me. The matchup looks good for them though, Gimmicky has a ton of special attackers so she'll have to work overtime to get through Blissey unless some shenanigans happen. Blissey leads off into Azelf and T-Waves the Latios after U-turn. Skarm comes in and fucking dies to Luster Purge. I can't be bothered to calc that but I assume that means it's Tinted Lens. Ghold follows it up before doubling to Pecha on the Heatran switch. Parting Shot into Blissey and yada yada Magic Guard walls Tran and and some pointless shit happens until Latios lands a Psyshock in terrain on the Blissey. More shuffling (this tier I swear) and Ghold comes in, clicks plot, then gets bodied by Bulletproof Heatran. Hera malds and leaves, Gimmicky wins.
:Gholdengo: :Dragonite: :Roaring Moon: :Manaphy: :Heatran: :Great Tusk: vs :Roaring Moon: :Zapdos: :Manaphy: :Great Tusk: :Iron Moth: :Scream Tail:
This game has a lot happen and I'm gonna be hella biased since I built autumn's team but whatever. Both teams have Tusk, Mana, and Roaring Moon, and the other three mons don't really have too much of a mismatch either. This could easily go either way. Zapdos and (if it's a good set) Iron Moth are rarre's key tools here, while autumn has a very threatening Dragonite and probably either CB Moon or Specs Ghold. The key goals here are for autumn to chip rarre's Mana for Dragonite to freely click Extreme Speed, while rarre wants to break with Zapdos as there is likely no long-term answer to it on autumn's side. Great Tusk on autumn's side leads into Roaring Moon which is a great start, and it's followed up by Manaphy immediately getting its vest Knocked. Based on this damage it's offensive Tusk which could be important later. Heatran switches into U-turn which invites in Zapdos. autumn pivots in Manaphy, likely hoping to see a Weather Ball, and eats 70% from Thunder. Heatran comes back in on Weather Ball and takes 33%. rarre hard switches Manaphy here—likely meaning Zapdos doesn't have U-turn—and autumn misses Magma Storm. Manaphy Knocks Tran's lefties while autumn stays in to get rocks. Heatran is in 2HKO range of Weather Ball and Manaphy cannot pivot into Thunder again; Zapdos is by far the most crucial tool in rarre's arsenal at this point. autumn makes a pretty risky switch to Great Tusk on U-turn and Scream Tail comes in. Rocks go up as autumn send in Ghold. Protect scouts Shadow Ball from Ghold and autumn immediately doubles to Great Tusk on the incoming Roaring Moon. Moon removes Tusk's lefties as Tusk spins. Zapdos then comes in on Knock Off and takes 40% with rocks still up, leaving rarre with his strongest piece crippled.

We aren't even at turn 15 by the way. Tran comes in on Roost and Iron Moth pivots into Wisp afterwards. Toxic Spikes go up as Manaphy switches in, this seems very bad for autumn but actually isn't for reasons we'll see later. Zapdos switches into Knock Off and once again Roosts on a Heatran switch. This is a waste of the insane threat Zapdos poses in this situation, and it gets worse as rarre eats a Magma Storm to 2HKO Heatran with Weather Ball. At this point Zapdos will die to rocks if they stay up. Dragonite tries to revenge kill but rarre opts to preserve the death fodder/breaker if rocks get removed. Manaphy narrowly avoids the Extreme Speed 2HKO and forces Dragonite out with the threat of Ice Beam. Great Tusk comes in on U-turn again and it is revealed to be Levitate. A great choice I must say in order to patch up the team's weakness to Sandy Shocks and for situations like this. Scream Tail clicks the funny move and Ghold takes a third before smacking the shit out Moth with Specs Make it Rain. Dragonite takes Fiery Dance and Zapdos is sacrificed to rocks. For the third time autumn switches Great Tusk into Manaphy, living an Ice Beam and sacrificing itself in order to get rid of the Toxic Spikes. Specs Ghold threatens the vestless Manaphy out and Scream Tail is sacrificed to Shadow Ball. Manaphy switches into Knock Off from Roaring Moon and U-turns into Moon which Knocks rarre's Tusk. Tusk spins and there are no more rocks on either side. Dragonite gets in via another Manaphy U-turn and picks up a free Extreme Speed KO as Manaphy is now easily in range; Moth is rarre's chosen sacrifice. At this point the game is all but done. Between Manaphy's pivoting and the combination of offensive threats on autumns side there is nothing rarre can do to stop autumn from converting the game. Eventually Tusk has to die to Gholdengo and nothing stops Scarf Roaring Moon from cleaning with Outrage. Truly a wonderful game, I applaud both players.
I need to sleep.
