Are you trying to hit your seed?

Can you post a screenshot of what you want from RNG Reporter please?

Hmm is it just me? Or did I just saw a screenshot now from the first post above?
Because minutes ago, no screenshot until now.
Anyway, just by looking at your screenshot... you still haven't pressed the Calculate Initial PIDRNG Frame button.
Pressing it will yield a certain value in the Starting frame box.
So you'll have to do (58 minus the starting frame) advances...
The again there are NPCs there, so better listen the chatters from your chatots carefully.
If it doesn't match, then it could mean you haven't hit your target's Timer0.

Nobody will be able to explain it to you if you don't provide enough details. Rather than just posting useless responses like "..........", post in explicit detail about what the problem is or post a few pictures, not one obscure one.
Just tell us what you did in explicit detail or post some pictures besides just saying what frame you want to hit.
1. Created a profile after catching a Durant and getting it's IVs via Pokecheck.
2. Used my profile, went to 5th Gen Time finder and clicked the Egg tab.
3. Entered the flawless Seviper parent's IVs (Trying to get a flawless Seviper)and hit Generate and used this info http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10376519/
4. copied the seed and imputed in the RNG Reporter's Seed Hex after changing the method to Breeding BW.
5. Then I hit Generate and found my target, this. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10376026/
That is ALL I did. I don't even know if I was doing it right, I keep seeing people use different methods....

Maybe you didn't set the encounter to Breeding (BW)?

The picture looks fine to us. What exactly does not work?

1. Leave the parents in the day care and ride the bike around until grandpa calls you.
2. Save in front of him.
3. Hit the seed, enter the game, advance the PID frame via custom Chatots, receive the egg. Your starting frame (52) will be shifted a bit because of wandering NPCs so you either have to find out your shifted starting frame by doing the process once without saving, determine the PID frame, then reset; or listen to the Chatots' pitches when you have the ability to do so.

Note that you will not start at 52, but probably 54 or 55 because of the moving NPCs. You can confirm your current frame with Chatots, unless you are unfamiliar with that, of course.
The "blind" confirmation would be the same as described above, just receive the egg immediately and hatch it without saving. For example, if that one is Mild and not shiny, your starting frame is 54 (four advances necessary). If it is Timid, your starting frame is 55 (five advances necessary).
Reset and do the steps described in the second paragraph again, but this time do the number of PID frame advances, depending on your shifted starting frame.

White Forest encounter slots work completely differently. The calculation for the slot is different, and the slots themselves are different.
