StreetPKMN, or, as goofball suggested, Shoddy Boulevard

Welcome to the StreetPKMN Tournament, hosted by jumpluff and cohosted by Igor / Rodan! This was held before back in 2007 by Mekkah. Street Pokémon is 'no rules'. That's right, no rules, no tiers, no Final Destination. Nothing except Extended Battle! Pokémon, no holds barred. Sounds like chaos, right? It is, and you can run absolutely anything, but you have to prepare for what your opponent could be exploiting too. Remember, clauses like Sleep and Species are all gone, and anything is able to be used, so winning will require you to be creative! That being said, just because something's in the spirit of fun doesn't mean you shouldn't play competitively!

This tournament will consist of 128 players and is single elimination. (Standard format.) There are only two clauses relevant. Extended clause is necessary to allow Arceus use. The other is optional: Timed Battle, though if both players agree to have it off then they may.

Battles must be fought on Smogon University or CAP. The winner needs to post in the thread for the result and the loser may post to confirm. Logs should always be saved anyway in case a dispute comes up. Disputed matches will be decided by the host (with help from the tournament directors where necessary) based on what evidence is available. If no result is posted by deadline, the victory will be decided by activity; if (in)activity is equal, it's a coin flip.

Extensions have been granted on advice from Earthworm, who helped me put this together (as my internet has been sucking the last couple of days to the point I can barely Smogon, lol), and the rest of the matches have been decided on activity / a flip. Please get your matches done; I will start sending PMs halfway through the round. For matches which include a bracketed match, that's an extension, which will last until April the 25th. I apologise to those who have a bracketed match; I'll PM you asap with the resulting opponent.

Matches must be done by Monday, May the 3rd.

Awefully sorry about not getting my match done.

Hopefully I can get things sorted with Goldenknight. Things have been difficult working around my college, and GoldenKnight going on 'a retreat'
 
Um, why was Fuzznip advanced over me? I left him a VM on the 18th - he never responded, but he was able to arrange a time for his HG/SS walkthrough tourney match...
