It has been a long and hard road. But after many trials and tribulations, you have made it to the Champion's Room! The Elite 4 had been tough, but they were no match for you and the trust you had with your Pokemon! Even Lance and his Legendary Dragons (how could the supreme Dragon Master not have a Kingdra?) was no match for you! However as you entered the Champion Room, to your surprise, there was someone else already there!
"He beat me a few minutes before you got here" Said Lance, "Now you two must fight to see who is the true Elite Four Champion."

1. Due to the complicated nature of this Tournament, there will only be 64 participants. This will fill up quickly, so PLEASE only join if you are able and willing to meet very stringent deadlines. Substitutes will only be taken in the first round. Round one will be posted March 14th.
2. Each round will be placed at a different part of the game Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver Version. There will be restrictions in level, Pokemon availability, TM availability, and item availability. These will be dependent on where you are in the game. As the rounds go on, more things will obviously open up.
This is the example format for rounds.
3. All participants must submit their team each round. These teams will be forwarded to RBG. This is in order to ensure that your team is in compliance with the restrictions of the round.
4. Only ONE Starter Pokemon may be used on any team, as well, this Starter Pokemon will be the only one you may use for the entirety of the tournament.
Starter Pokemon Include:
Chikorita
Bayleef
Meganium
Cyndaquil
Quilava
Typhlosion
Totodile
Croconaw
Feraligatr
5. Species Clause, Sleep Clause, Evasion Clause, OHKO Clause, and Self KO clause are in effect
6. Regardless of whether or not you have access to them in game, this tournament will not allow any Pokmeon in the Uber tier.
7. There is no rule against scouting, however if you are in the tournament and you spectate a match that a participant asks you to leave in you may be disqualified.
8. All logs are to be sent to me for team verification and to eliminate the possibility of cheating.
9. Battles will be played on the Smogon University Server on Shoddybattle.
