Where a PokéSaved underlevel Dragonite Hyper Beamed a thug, and, if you were there at the right time, you could see the guardian of Ilex Forest deep in the heart of the woods at its shrine. Oh, yeah, and the Ruins? Don't turn your radio on there... Round 2 consists of all the Pokemon from Numbers 152-251. Remember, though, that Wobbuffet is off-limits, as are Lugia and Ho-Oh!
Since CM wasn't around and the round wasn't posted, I have been encouraged by a TD to post this round. One R1 match-up was left undecided, but there was a bye slot anyway, so I just moved them both up, since they wanted an extension but never got one, while this round was overdue. So, yeah.
