Metronome Tournament (Round 1)

Ok, guys, I am starting a 32-man RSE metronome tournament. The rules would be as follows:

Sleep Clause
Apply PP Ups
Battle Timeout
NO SWITCHING, even for Perish Song/Taunt/Imprison/Torment, etc.
Ghosts are banned due to the large number of normal moves
Mew is legit, but none of the other ubers, so Celebi and Jirachi are also allowed
Only Starf/Leppa Berry are allowed as items
No Nature/EV changes (EVs must be set at even across the board)
Obviously, only Metronome is allowed as your pokemon's only move.
DUE TO THE EXTREME LUCK INVOLVED IN A METRONOME MATCH, THE MATCHES WILL BE BEST TWO OUT OF THREE.

For those wondering, these matches will take place on the Smogon server.
 
A metronome battles lies within in my package, so im in!

EDIT: I also think, Rock / Steel Pokemon should be banned, because 3/4 of your attack moves are normal types so that gives them a big advantage.

Um are there actually other rock/steel pokemon than Jirachi who can actually learn metronome?

Not edit: I didn't found one but I might've mistaken something.

This is edit, then: Oh you might've meant a rock/steel type pokemon (aka aggron). imo it doesn't learn metronome.

Golem is the other normal resistant pokemon besides Jirachi and Ghost, so please think before you make a comment next time ..

Sorry, I apparently forgot golem. And imo he should be allowed. It is true that he is resistant against normal, but in the other hand, he has bunch of other weaknesses (Grass, Water (4x), Ground, Steel, Fighting).
