I'm not sure where to post this but I'll try here.
I'll start from the begining to paint the full picture. I had purugly, probopass (shiny), jynx, and porygon-z. My opponent had clefable, dusknoir, metagross, and togekiss.
First turn, my opponent switches clefable for metagross, purugly does fake out on metagross, probopass uses gravity, dusknoir used trick room.
Second turn, dusknoir used night shade on probopass, probopass used swagger on purugly (own tempo prevented confusion), metagross used explosion, purugly faints and probopass is left with half health. My opponent brings clefable back out, I send out jynx (I was forwarned of fire blast).
Third turn, heres where it starts getting weird, my opponent switches dusknoir for CLEFABLE (I know he doesn't have another since togekiss comes later), then he/she switches the other clefable for ANOTHER CLEFABLE, probopass used swagger on one of them (intended for dusknoir), jynx used focus blast on the other clefable taking it down to 25% health.
The nuttyness doesn't stop there, during the attack selection phase dusknoirs name still appears on top of the screen and as a selectable target. I don't know what attacks it has since it always hit itself in confusion and I finished it off quickly. But even as the clefable in dusknoirs place was taking damage, the hp bar shown on the attack selection screen shows full health.
When the first clefable was taken out it was replaced by togekiss, but when the second one was taken out it was replaced by dusknoir. If you've been keeping track my opponent has used 5 pokemon. Thanks to a barrage of blizzards from my jynx and porygon-z he/she gave up when he/she was down to just dusknoir (probopass wasn't koed).
Has anyone seen this before or could explain how he/she did this? It was clearly done on purpose since he/she got to use an extra pokemon. Either way I just wanted to share it. Has anyone had some weird glitch happen to them?
