Yay for adding features to an added feature added as a feature for a feature.
Basically, it'd be somewhat helpful to have a command along the lines of `/sendhlhtmlpage`, with the exact same syntax as `/sendhtmlpage`. the only difference would be that the user gets a highlight on the page they receive. This would be pretty helpful in some circumstances - notably games of Chess hosted in the Board Games room - where it's often not apparent if it's your turn, and you don't get any pings. I think it'd be pretty useful, and I don't see a way for this to be exploited by masspinging, since you'd effectively have to send a separate page to every user you mean to ping.
