This is a standard ADV LC tournament.

This tournament is single elimination.
Rounds will be best-of-3. Players may switch teams in between rounds and battles of the same set.
Matches will be played on Pokémon Showdown or the SmogTours server.
Replays must be saved and posted in the thread. Any match win reported without replays will not be counted. This is your only warning.

T1 notes: Meowth is a mon that acts like Doduo where you bring this lead from the start to the end. I wanted to toy with Fake Out + Itemless Thief to gain a slight advantage in the early game. The team isn't as optimized as having Gastly cored with this would help it massively vs Water mons.
T2 notes: Oddish has a significantly bigger base of Sp.Atk than Exeggcute, most noticeably when you can OHKO Doduo and Abra at ease. Its typing also prevents it from getting trolled by HP Ghost and HP Bug, and it survives anyway vs CB Diglett lol(not if they were CB here I would get cooked lol). Originally I had both Oddish and Exegg, but Ponyta already covered the Gastly Psychic MU so it made more sense for me to go with path. Change the lead though, I added Chinchou at the last moment and it's just super ass as a lead with this team as you noticed here.

G1 Team notes: Wanted to build some sort of semi-para team. Doduo was designed to poison the switch-ins Snubbull, Wailmer, and Duskull if I got the right MU. Venoat is designed to take advantage of Koffing switching in vs Doduo's set and then abuse Status and force the opponent to play the slow game as they're unable to break sub unless they explode.
G2 Team notes: Kai/a plague doc used this at LPL, so I was hesitant to use it to start with, but eventually I don't think Feen would know this team so I stuck with it since I genuinely liked what it has going for.
