I believe Miracle Eye should be listed in Other Options. It can allow Alakazam to KO Skuntank and Drapion with Psychic, who otherwise wall it.

Sorry but I noticed that in the Aggressive Lead set :

Signal Beam is essential on this set in order to hit Uxie and Spiritomb for super effective damage.
