This is because you're looking at the custom avatars list, which are reserved solely to their individual owners and are not available for everyone to use.
Custom avatars are exclusive to a user/s or room with access to them

If you're referring to the sprite in your attachment, that's Adaman. If you mean a custom avatar, it's probably best to find the name. You can do that by right clicking the avatar on showdown and opening it in a new tab - the url contains the name
