Well, here's another team I've built thats doing pretty well, Losing becuase I have horrible prediction sometimes (actually, 60% of the time...). Anyway, I wanted to know what you guys think and how it can improve.

Anyone Have a name for a team like this? ><
Team Goal:
-To Win (Duh...)
-Predict
-Counter
-Sweep

Now, onto the pokes!

130-m.png

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Adamant
156 HP / 108 Atk / 100 Def / 144 Spe
-Taunt
-Dragon Dance
-WaterFall
-Stone Edge

Purpose: Opener/Sweeper

Why?: BulkyGyara outspeeds alot of leads, then taunts to screw them up. Most leads like bronzong dont have the means to KO it, so a dragon dance is guarnteed 75% of the time. It takes hit and dishes them out
(Thanks to Soma!)

dpmfa448.png

Lucario @ Life Orb
Jolly
252 atk/252 speed
-Swords Dance
-Close Combat
-Extreme Speed
-Ice Punch

Purpose: Phys. Sweeper

Why?: This thing KOed 5 pokemon in 3 battles. For some reason, nobody is prepared for it. Ice Punch for dragons.
485-m.png

Heatran @ Choice Scarf
Modest
252 sp.atk/252 speed
-Flamethrower
-HP Grass
-Explosion
-Earth Power

Purpose: Sweeper

Why?: Heatran is one very good sweeper. HP grass hurts ground and water types who heatran hates. Explosion to kill/weaken Blissey and other walls.

dpmfa260.png

Swampert @ Leftovers
Impish
252 def/252 Hp/6 atk
-Stealth Rock
-Waterfall
-Earthquake
-Roar

Purpose: Rocker/Wall

Why?: Swampert counters TyraniBoah who rips apart my team(Thanks Dono) and swampert was suggested by Blasphemy1. Stealth Rocks for passive Damage and Roar blows away Calm Minders, etc. while racking up rock damage

dpmfa392.png

Infernape @ Life Orb
Naive
252 Speed/232 sp.atk/ 24 atk
-Nasty Plot
-Grass Knot
-Flamethrower
-Close Combat

Purpose: Sweeper

Why?: Infernape rocks when the team is weakened to the point of Infernape sweep. Grass Knot for water types, CC for fighting STAB ad flamethrower destroy Steel Phys. Walls.

dpmfa073.png

Tentacruel @ Leftovers
Calm
204 HP / 96 SpA / 172 SpD / 36 Spe
-Toxic Spikes
-Knock Off
-Surf
-Ice Beam

Purpose: Wall

Why?: Tentacruel is one of my favorite pokemon. it looks pretty cool, and is a pain in the arse for the other team. Toixc Spike to poison, Ice Beam beats down Salamance, Knock Off cripples switch ins. Tentacruel also takes away toxic spikes

Threat List:

MixApe: I havent come across one yet. I think scard earth power Koes it though. Tentacruel takes it on.

Celebi: Scarf FlameThrower

Tyrani-Boah: Swampert takes it on

Salamance: Tentacruel can take it on with Ice beam, Lucario w/ Ice Beam

Those are the major ones right now.
---------------------------------------------

So, there is my team ^^
Help if you can, thing that I really want is:
-If you think a Poke would fit in to this team nicely, please say it
-"" ev spreads
Etc.
Thanks!

One of the first things about your team that caught my attention was the fact that your Magnezone is carrying Hidden Power Ground. The only purpose for this that I can see is taking out Heatran but with only 84 Speed Evs, that's something you'll never accomplish. The only way of putting it to use is by giving it a Timid nature and a Choice Scarf so it will outrun Modest Scarf Heatran but then you would have two Choice Scarfers which can be bothersome for you. I would recommend you use Hidden Power Ice instead. This will allow you to come into Dragons locked into Outrage and take them out easily.

I personally believe Outrage is not a good idea when you don't have Stab on it. Being locked into Outrage will allow Gyarados to be easily revenge killed when he could have been doing more damage with STAB Waterfall. However, if you like the coverage that Water and Dragon moves provide, replace Outrage with Return in order to get the same coverage without the disadvantage of being locked into Outrage.

Your idea for Shymin-S is interesting but I personally don't like relying on Confusion. I prefer SubSeeding since it protects Shymin-S from being paralyzed which makes it virtually useless and for the fact that having a Substitute up is incredibly useful. You'll probably also want to put some HP evs on Shymin-S over SpA in order to be more bulky and stay in longer. You may even want to consider max HP evs with max Speed Evs.

Overall, I don't see any huge weaknesses although Stealth Rock could cause some problems for Shymin-S, Gyarados, and Aerodactyl. That's half of your team that will be taking 25% damage every time they switch in so a Rapid Spinner could do well for your team. A possible remedy for this would be replacing Aerodactyl with Donphan so you can still have Stealth Rock and make Gyarados a Bulky varient so he can be a suitable lead. Anyway, good luck with your team!

Kingdra makes Gyarados mediorcre in Outrage terms, so im testing out a BulkyGyara Lead along with your Donphan suggestions. SkyMin and Magnezone have been changed, as its mostly based on luck ><

Looking through your team Tyraniboah slaughters your team dealing Super Effective hits to everything but Scizor assuming its not carrying Fire Blast, instead of just telling you ill show you.

P1: If your set up rocks first its guarenteed a KO, as EQ wont KO it.
P2: To slow to get a Magnet Rise in KOED by a Fire Blast, or EQ.
P3: W/ Sandstorm in effect Earth Power will not KO.
P4: Stone Edge
P5: Has the most chance but if Flare misses it's over
P6: Fire Blast KOs w/ Life Orb boost from Bullet Punch

Defenintely Kingdra over Gyarados, Life Orb on Scizor.

Yeah, nice team overall. THe only suggestion that i have is Thunderbolt>Discharge, because Magnezone is meant to be more of a trapper as opposed to a Paralyzer, if you know what i mean. This is this a fav of mine, but have you tried a Non-Bulky Gyarados with 252 Atk/Spe but with leftovers? Its working well for me. And also, how is Donphan working? Id be interested to now, i may try one.

i'd say hp fire would be better than hp ice on magnezone because without it you will not be able to beat scizor.
if you want to have a way to get rid of outraging dragons give heatran hp ice
btw a lot of your pokemon only haave 504 evs if you add 4 evs to hp it could possibly benefit you in a close situation

Well, BulkyDos is working pretty well, but magnezone isn't. Anybody have a suggestion?

@Don:
Wow...Got any TyraniBoah Counters you want to share with me?

@Drizzle:
Donphan is pretty bulky, and with ice shard, skymin isnt too safe, 4x effective and priority. EQ also hits hard.
Also, Magnezone cause switches alot, so discharge can cripple those who switch in.

@Latios
Well, they do have that 4 evs in hp, i was just way to lazy to put it in. ><

EDITS HAVE BEEN MADE

For Skymin, I know Seed Flare is great, but Earth Power + Air Slash is much better for SubSeed sets, that way you can actually hurt Metagross, Heatran, etc.

I prefer HP Fire > Ice on Magnezone to OHKO Scizor, because a typical Scizor now has Superpower to 2HKO Skarm after a SD, and even CBers run it in order to deal with Heatran switchins.

Swampert deals with TyraniBoah, tho that leaves you a bit weak to CBers. Come to think of it, Donphan is 2HKOed by Aqua Tail anyways so Swampert > Donphan.

Thanks, i thought the Earth Power thing ill have to try out. HP Ice wasn't working well anyway... And I'll give swampert a try
