Sorry, I thought this rule would kind of be a given but people keep trying to sign up when they've already made it into playoffs. YOU CANNOT QUALIFY MULTIPLE TIMES. There is no "shooting for a better ELO in a later week", that entirely defeats the point of running a tour with several weeks to qualify. I'll add this to the OP.
