We are ready to begin Round Fourty Four of the tutoring program; if you wish to get a tutor for this round all you have to do is post your profile in the format below. Tutors will be an excellent resource for you to learn Pokemon team building and battling strategies, as well as someone who can help "initiate" you into the Smogon Community. We are here for you...so take advantage!

NEW! We now tutor the UU and Ubers tiers rather than just the OU tier. Please do not forget to indicate which tiers you would like to learn in order of preference, and we will accommodate you as best we can.

A little about myself: Well, I've actually signed up for the tutoring program before. My tutor was Legacy Raider. He was great, but we had a hard time getting together. I think that if I got a tutor, I would be able to take the next step to be able to play consistently on the ladder without getting bored because of my losses.

For my tutor, I only really request someone it my timezone. Edit: Actually, I don't really care as long as they can easily meet with me.

A little about myself: I'm also interested in a lot of sports, especially hockey, and I'm one of the smartest students in my Grade. Although my main focus is OU, I'm worst in Ubers, so i would also like to learn some more about that. UU isn't too bad since I'm not downright horrible at it. I have a fair amount of skill at battling, but my teams tend to match up poorly against others. Hopefully I'll learn quickly like I do in school.

Experience level: I have played Pokémon since I was about five, and I began playing competitively in late 2006. So I guess one could say I've got a good deal of experience behind me, although I wouldn't consider myself to be a skilled player.

A little about myself: I consider myself to be an agreeable person, even if I don't seem like it at times... I enjoy toying with new ideas, though I don't tend to overdo them, and make sure they work before saying that they're good. I don't play any sports (I used to play basketball, but I really don't care for any sports these days), and tbh, I don't really have any other hobbies than Pokémon.

My English can sometimes be awful, though I am attempting to improve on it. I'm currently taking my third year of French. My preferred playstyle is balance, though I often play semi-stall and offense. My teams are getting slightly better every day, and I often have lots of fun playing hours and hours on Shoddy even if I do lose more than I would like to. Overall, I'm a pretty inconsistent player, heh...

I'm more than willing to learn what it takes to become a decent competitive battler, and the times that I'm available on are flexible, especially on weekends. I'm usually online every day, although I don't post much on Smogon. I'd really like to learn how to become a better player, as well as learn how to build teams better. A little about myself: I've loved Pokemon since I was 6, when I got Pokemon Ruby. It was really fun, but like it's said on the Intro to Competitive Battling Article, the game started to get boring. Then I started competitive when I was 9, and I've been hooked ever since. I'm great in school, all A's, and play the trumpet quite well. My strongest subject is math, but all the stuff X-Act does is just way above my head - in one ear and out the other, as they say. I play tennis and badminton for sports, and generally get along with most people I meet. ^^
