I'd advise that you start organizing your matches if you haven't already so we can iron out any teething problems at this point.
 
My opponent said he won't be ready till the 14th or 15. <_< So I'll try to get my match done at that time, however I'll be available to battle any of these days in between.
 
notice: any and all battles must take place on the Smogon server of shoddy battle. Other venues are not valid.
 
wait, why can't we just do it on official and save the log? it'd be the same. the reason I'm concerned is that before Smogon server, I tried servers other than official and for some reason I couldn't connect to any of them. so I'm not sure if the smogon server will work (I can't test it now because I'm on someone else's computer and would rather not download shoddy).
 
Yeah, for some reason, this whole weekend whilst I've ebeen down at my Dad's House, I've only been able to see the official server, is this happening for everyone? Cos otherwise I will have more trouble battling alive

Yes, I've had this problem and it's simple to solve. If you are at the main screen with all the servers and you only see the official server, then click "Advanced" right below "Connect." Then a box will pop up, in the Host box type in: shoddybattle.smogon.com and in the port box type: 50000

That should solve it for you.
 
I've been unable to set up a battle with EvilBob during this weekend and I'm afraid I can't meet him before the deadline as our timezones clash. I'll still try to catch him on 15th and 16th though.

EDIT: The Smogon server has been down a few times during the course of the weekend, one was around ST6 UU practice yesterday and another was today, and I don't think the problem has been resolved.. Could we use another server to battle, either Official or the CAP server if the Smogon server happens to be down?
 
Alive beat me 2-0, He had an early wake up that probably cost me the game, were just going through the logistics now. Either way i feel i represented myself well, and i had a chance of winning, which was what i wanted to do. Good Luck for the rest of the tourney alive!
 
it was a great game, id say if i didn't wake up in time he would have had an 80% chance to beat me(if sky uppercut missed). goldfam is a much better battler than i thought he would have been, good luck in the rest of the tournys gold.
 
At this point, if you need to battle on a server that isn't Smogon's, that is fine. I do need logs saved though.

EDIT: Three days to go! Let's finish these matches up!
