The combination of Judgment and Ice Beam covers the entire tier besides Kyogre and opposing Arceus-Water. 96 Speed EVs ensure that Arceus-Water outspeeds Glimmora. The rest of the EVs allow Arceus-Water to check physical attackers better such as Koraidon, Necrozma-DM, Ho-Oh, Arceus-Ground, and Calyrex-I. Tera Poison turns Eternatus into setup fodder for Arceus-Water. Arceus-Water generally works best on bulkier teams that appreciate its ability to cover Necrozma-DM and Groudon while still having neutral matchups against the majority of the tier. Eternatus is a notable partner for checking Kyogre and opposing Arceus-Water.
