Some clarification on DQs:
1) Each player has the right to use up one warning, which resets the timer. Warning is any tag made after DQ is passed. No tag no warning.
2) DQ can only be called after the warning is used up and the player passes DQ a second time. Even if the player spent one month to post, if no warning then no DQ.
3) Any tag after DQ is a warning regardless of if it is explicit or not. DQ calling must be explicit. A simple "DQ" will do. But it must be explicit.
4) The Host, the subhost as well as the opposing player can DQ warn and call DQ. Refs can only DQ warn.
5) After you call DQ the opposing player has one hour to post. If full orders on that time (to the second) the DQ is rescinded. If not the player is DQ'd. This is strict time so if you post in one hour and one minute then I suppose it sucks to be you.
6) I will handle LoAs personally. General rule of thumb is that DQ timer stops (doesn't reset, it just stops however it was) during LoA. Exceptions can be made depending on the time left and the state of the battle. If you are constantly on LoA and your battle isn't moving then I reserve the right to rescind the LoA partially (give until X for a post) or totally (disregard LoA completely). So tag me if necessary.
7) LoAs without an ETA to end will also be handled by me. With much less tolerance, so I suggest you be specific on your LoAs.
So just to be clear, if round is posted at 7:00 AM Monday the player has until 7:00AM Thursday to post. If by 9:34AM Thursday you tag him, it is considered a DQ warning and the timer resets, which means that the player will have until 9:34AM Sunday to post. If by 11:10AM Sunday you call DQ, they will have until 12:10PM to post or they lose automatically from 12:11PM onwards. Once the warning is used, any DQ violation can result in the player calling DQ directly (but still with the one-hour time for last-chance posting).
