Not officially, since pre-evolutions bring nothing competitively and would just waste time to create.
brand new here, and have no idea where to put this BUT:
all I care about in life is creating new pokemon. I suppose this CAP stuff is done with, or is the world of smogon still accepting ideas and such?>

Hey, just one question. Will there ever be a hack created (kind of like the pokemon platinum hacks like bloody platinum for example) where you can catch and train all the different shoddy pokemon?? I think that would be really neat.
I've seen some videos where someone inserted some of the CAPs into an emulated game.
However, that's technically illegal and we don't discuss that stuff at Smogon. They're designed for competitive play anyway.

Okay, one more question. I know that the CAP pokemon are designed for OU, but is there a chance that the CAP Project will ever do anything else with the pokemon they've created??
I don't understand how Veedrock could possibly give an answer of "no" to an extremely vague question. Could you clarify what you mean by "doing anything else with the CAP Pokemon"?

1st: Currently, is Krilowatt undergoing a review, like we did with the first 5 CAPs, only private, since many people said it didn't fit the concept? Am I allowed to ask what "they" are voting/deciding, like ability or movepool changes?
2nd: Much more simple: is there a rough date, like 2 or 3 weeks, as to when CAP 11 will begin?

No, Krilowatt is not undergoing a review, despite people saying it didn't fit the concept (which it did, actually). Also, there isn't going to be any "private" review or anything like that for a CAP. It would be public.

I might not be right, but I think he means making BL, UU and NU Pokemon. Maybe also Uber, but a lot of the current CAP Pokemon seem to be bordering on Uber.
Would a CAP RMT go on the RMT forum or this one?
You should always post CAP RMTs in this forum and not in the RMT forum. Not a lot of OU team raters are familiar with CAP, so you'd get better suggestions here.
How often does CAP/NU/LC get stats? They're fun to look at!

In fact, to get the info, you must not write "leaderboard lc", you must write "leaderboard little cup" or it wont work.
Earlier thus thread, Magikrap touched upon the idea of CAP prevos. I have sketched a few of these in my free time and would like to find a good spriter who can make sprites for them, but first I want to ask if this is okay with the site. I dont know if the CAP pokes are copyrighted, or if im allowed to do this.
