I suggest you breed another one. Just make sure you have good parents for it, with 31 IVs in the stats that matter.

24 defense is rather good though.

Where can I find a calc that shows me how much less power a Hidden power 66 is than 70 in %. Example how much a Hidden power Ground 66 is doing on Heatran and same for base 70.

I have a question, of which the answer may be rather obvious, but still.

Where can I find the Pokemon Pearl AR codes that most people on the wifi forum use? I'm looking for cloning, IV checking and fast egg hatching codes.

Please don't reply with 'google them' as I obviously tried, but I didn't really get anything that works.

You can also PM me if you want.

edit: http://pokedex-br.info/damage.html

Use this damage calc and just enter a 66 BP special ground move. For comparison, you can do a second calculation with a 70 bp special ground move.

Thanks pal! :D
Checking right now.

Edit: Hmm, I don't get it how to use it. :/

I think that calculator takes a bit of getting used to, but it is handy sometimes.
Anyway, this might help you get it working:

Attacker info:
Level: The level of the poke
Move Power: The power of the move you're using
Attack/ Sp.Atk: The first box is for the pokes actual atk/sp.atk stat, the second is for boosts (1 for a single boost, 2 for a double boost et cetera)
Item effect: Just pick the item you are holding (only items that actually effect damage are there)
Ability: Same as Item
Just pick the rest of the boxes if they apply.
Something to note is that you need to tick the STAB box at the bottom to factor in STAB, it's a little bit out of the way so you might miss it.

Defender Poke:
Type match 1 and 2: You need to put in whether each part of a pokes type resists, take neutral damage from, or is weak to the attack.
If you were checking HP ground on heatran, you would put 2x in both of those boxes, since both steel and fire are weak to ground.
Defense/ Sp.Def : same as attacker, first box for actual stat, second box for boosts

The rest is basically the same as the attacker info, just pick what applies.

I hope that helps you Frokko :nerd:

If a Pokemon uses Safeguard and the next turn uses Rest, while it be asleep or not?

Yes it will be a sleep. Safeguard is a 'barrier' that protects your team against status that the opponent inflicts.

To be honest, I've never seen something using rest after safeguard but you can trust me that I would bet my little toe that safeguard doesn't protect you against self-induced sleep :naughty:

Also don't look over my question a few posts up guys!

Don't forget this question guys! It was on the previous page so I thought I'd repost it.

If you use a code so it only appears timid pokemon, if i'm chaining dittos etc. does it count as a hack?
Yes it does. Most people will not accept pokemon you encountered as a result of this hack.

Instead of using a timid pokemon encounter code, just put a pokemon with the ability 'synchronize' as the lead of your party, for example ralts or abra.

Yeah I know, i got a modest ditto: x/x/x/31/31/31 in trade, which was used with a code like this, just wondered if i could breed with it.....

If I encored a pokemo into Substitute then the next turn disabled them. Would they be locked into it and end up doing nothing and giving me a free turn?

Yes, but it's an unreliable strategy and the opponent would switch out.

My question: If a poke has 98 EVs in a stat and uses a vitamin, will it end up with 100 or 108 EVs in that stat?

You know what I so can't decide on this. Which do you guys think is more effective for a subseeder jumpluff: encore or u-turn?

Slamence

Assuming that i have a max Iv attack and speed adamant salamence,if i use rare candies on it to bring it to lvl 99,then train it to have 255 attk and speed Evs,will it have an attack of 405 and a speed of 299,just like a ordinary salamence?
