^^I know of one that I used to use on my team:
Tyranitar@life orb
Docile Nature
232 Sp. Atk, 200 Spd, 76 atk
-Stone Edge/Earthquake
-Crunch
-Ice Beam
-Fire Blast
Takes out one pokemon almost all of the time. I prefer Earthquake for fellow Tyranitar leads, but without Stone Edge, Blissey will not be reliably 2hko'd if it has max hp/max def.
The main idea with this set is to predict your opponent's move and attack correspondingly. Fire Blast OHKO's Skarmory, Forretress, while easily 2HKO's Bronzong, Jirachi. Ice Beam OHKO's Dragons and Gliscor, a common counter, while 2HKOing Hippowodon. Crunch hits Gengars and Azelfs who don't switch fearing a CB Pursuit; Fire Blast takes care of Weavile.
With this lead, you can expect to make a bold first move because the opponent most likely thinks you are running CB Tar and switch or attack accordingly. Your opponent's perception and prediction most likely will lead to their downfall if you predict correctly. Tyranitar is also an amazingly bulky pokemon and works well lategame as a wall-breaker. Mixtar is easily one of the best leads.
Idk but I'm not particularly fond of Crobat leads because after hypnosis they seem like a fast, offensively-challenged pokemon. Too bad Nasty Plot+Hypnosis and Hypnosis+Brave Bird is illegal.
