Something just came up to me;
If a Pokemon with Trace (say Porygon 2) switches into a Magic Guard Pokemon, while Spikes/Stealth Rock/Toxic Spikes is up..does Porygon 2 gets damaged by them or not?

If I hack luxury balls in Pokemon Xd, and I catch pokemon with them, will the pokemon show up as hacked?
To my knowledge, there is only one Luxury Ball obtainable in the game. Would it be wrong to catch everything in hacked luxury balls?

Metal force I beleive the spike damage and stealth rock damage has maximum priority. So when you switch porygon 2 into that clefable you would take the damage of spikes and stealth rock then trace activates giving you magic guard.

Lady Lilith I dont think it would be wrong to just use luxury balls to catch the pokemon. As long as you do not hack the pokemon you catch or anything it does not matter much what type of ball you use.

Thanks, but how about if that Clefable used Toxic on the switch? (I'm guessing it wouldn't do damage right?)

SO there's no way Nintendo could see a Luxury ball is hacked after I've used it to snag a Mawile?

Personally I doubt Nintendo is going to look at the ball you used unless it is a master ball. I dont think you can tell a ball is hacked anyway unless it is something like a master ball. a luxury ball can be gotten elsewhere and as can mawile and again if you dont hack mawile they wont eaither care or wont see it.

Metal force posion damage wouldnt take effect until the end of the turn. so you will be posioned by toxic but you will not take damage because of trace using magic guard.

Yes they do, like if a pokemon is at lvl. 1 its' IVs are like 15 and then at lvl. 50 they're like 2 and 50% accurate. Any help?

They don't, the formula for calculating IVs is more accurate when the level is higher but the IVs always remain the same.

For all Nintendo knows, you could have killed Mawile, beat the game, traded some Pokemon holding Luxury Balls to XD, took the Luxury Balls from the Pokemon, went to Mirror B. and snagged Mawile from him with a Luxury Ball.

Your safe.

I just want to double check this since it dosen't seem to be working.

This is when breeding and trying to pass a nature.

If I have a male and female pokemon who holds the everstone?
If I have a male and a ditto who holds the everstone?
If I have a ditto and a female who holds the everstone?

How does Soft Resetting affect Breeding?

It resets the current IV's of the Egg the old man has.

Reposting, again:

What is a good EV spread for Jirachi if I have the Mence-Jirachi combo.

I'm thinking an 240 HP/76 Def/160 SP Def/32 Speed.

1) female
2) ditto
2) ditto

Its basically impossible to tell the IVs of a pokemon at level one. Only at higher levels do IV calculators attain some kind of precision.
