Yes, you are not palparking and Outrage isn't an HM move anyway. It's just a regular trade, the game doesn't check for illegal moves on pokemon so it doesn't care if salamence has Outrage or not. You could hack any move on any pokemon and the game wouldn't notice the difference.

Yes its possible, all moves can be transfered on a pokemon to another game that has that move in its memory. Pokemon however, that are in another form foreign to D/P will revert back to the original form.
 
Is there a movedex somewhere that lists the effects of moves in double's battles?

I seem to recall moves like Screech and abilities like Intimidate affect both opponents, but I really need to know which attacks and some other moves that have different effects in double's.

It would be very bad to find out at the wrong time that Discharge, for example, hits my Gyarados when I use it on my Jolteon I also have out, for example.

Serebii's attackdex has something like this. Go to where it says 'Pokemon Hit in Battle' and it will say something like 'selected opponent', 'both opponents', 'Random Target' etc.
This is obviously referring to who gets hit in a double battle situation when that move is used.

These 4 can be caught? I didn't know that =/ I should start a platinum game. Where are these 4? And can you get regigigas in order to get the other 3 regis? Or do you need them first? And will the flower thing work for the shaymin you catch? Or does it only work with the movie one?

As far as I know, Regigigas is caught in the same way as in DP; it's just at a far lower level. It cannot be used to unlock the three Regis in Platinum.

Im sure Im going to be putting 12 Extra speed EVs (108 total) but Im not sure if they should come from Attack or SpAtt?
 
You should probably take them out of attack because max special attack is standard on the standard set. The attack EV's are mainly leftover from not having max speed. Also, you'll need 16 extra EV's to act like you have 31.

Speed can vary as well. You could drop some speed because they were mainly to beat scarf garchomp, according to the analysis (and some other stuff like ninjask). I personally just max mine out to tie opposing deoxys's at worst.
 
why would she use gorebyss in OU when Starmie can run the exact same set with double(exageration) its stats
 
Um, since Gorebyss will generally NEVER outspeed anything, should I make its spread 252 Sp.atk/252 HP/ 6 HP?

It'll at least survive a little bit longer to knock something out...
 
lets say u baton pass a sub to a bird/flying pokemon, thats really weak to stealth rock. when u send out the bird/flying pokemon, does it get hurt behind the sub?
 
Hey, Cipher Admin Lovrina, I think if you want to use Gorebyss in OU, the BEST use of it would be to let it have a Quiet nature and use in a Trick Room team, with the EV spread you mentioned, except you wrote 252 Sp. A / 252 HP/ 6 HP ... I think you meant 6 Def/Sp. Def lol.

If you are using it in Trick Room, I'd suggest Life Orb over Specs actually, since TR only lasts so long and you won't want to waste turns switching.

EDIT: O, and personally, I'd use Shadow Ball or Signal Beam over Psychic. Just different SE coverage... your choice.

Lawnmower (grass) - Leaf Storm
Oven (fire) - Overheat
Fridge (ice) - Blizzard
Washing Machine (water) - Hydro Pump

You can try going into your antivirus program or fire wall program and configuring it to allow shoddy battle as an exception. I for example have a McAfee firewall which I can edit the exceptions of by opening the main menu > advanced > configure > internet and network > advanced > firewall exceptions.

It's different for every firewall but you can usually set exceptions to allow some programs through the firewall such as instant messaging, limewire, outlook and other things that use the internet. If you're using Windows firewall you can add exceptions by going in through the control panel > security > allow a program through windows firewall
