The only "hacking" people are okay with here is stuff that speeds up non-random processes. Instant / Fast Egg, Cloning, IV Check, Quick Hatch people generally are OK with. Make sure you're using an Instant Egg code that actually returns a random result though.
 
Yeah I'm using that, it's just these abras are hard to breed right now because my parents are only double flawless male and a single flawless female with right nature(Timid).

Heh. I remember when I started my breeding in the Water 3 egg group with only two 31s between the parents... took a month to start getting good results.

How about using the pokeon modifier cheat (get's you any pokemon you want at in any grass area in the game) for the purpose of EV training.
 
This really isn't a "can you help me answer this question" and I don't know if this goes here, but this is more of an honest answer question.

If a pokemon has been bred, and it's parents are both Illegal pokemon (31 IVs in all Stats) would you call the outcome poke legit or hacked?

I'd say legit in the way it wasn't Sav'd or it wasn't made by an AR, but I'd say hacked because you wouldn't get the parent outcomes in the real game.
 
Okay I got a 30/31/31/31/31/31 Riolu off a different forum. After we did the trade, he told me he used a hacked ditto to breed it. Now if I used this riolu as a parent, would it be considered using a hacked parent?
 
Yes, those IVs are obviously suspect, the chance of attaining IVs like that without hacking in game is astronomically small. Hacked parents/grandparents basically devalue any work that people put into building a team on the DS. If you're just going to have max IVs why not use shoddybattle?
 
Hi guys, a quick question. If my opponents sleeps one of my pokemon, and I switch, and another one of his pokemon does yawn to another of my pokemon, is that breaking sleep clause? I think that it is, but I may be completely wrong here.

Does anyone know if Pure Power Medicham will have its great attack as its defense after Power Trick, or does the boost fade and then is reapplied to the new attack when the stats are swapped?
