Apparently the set's creator (or whoever wrote up its comments) was wrong on a lot of things about the set. (calculations, mainly) Caelum is trying to salvage it. Here were his exact words:

Is there any rapid spinner that can get past the new Rotom forms?

Also my team is weak to the Rotom forms, what's a general counter that can do well against any of the forms regardless of their moveset?

The best spinner you could use against the Rotoms is Starmie. It cannot beat them one on one but if you keep using Surf while they come in to block your spin they are getting worn down.

As for counters. Heatran does well against them(watch out for Hydro Pump from Rotom-W). Tyranitar takes laughable damage but watch out for burns. Swampert(CursePert in particular) does well against all forms excet the one with leafstorm :\

Or just use Weavile to revenge kill.

10 ANIV? or 10ANNIV? or 10ANIV?
 
About the Rotom appliances, I never really got this.

If you give it Overheat/Leaf Storm etc, it turns into its respective form, but some sets don't have the special move and are still an appliance.

Don't you need a Special move in its moveset to make it an appliance? Eg. I ran a Rest/Sleep talk/Discharge/W-o-W Rotom-H yet it had no special move.

yeah, It can be, It does not change its form even though you deleted the move.

We're not going to help you hack. There is no such thing as a Shiny Jirachi. Thus I don't want to give you a trainer ID in order to hack a Celebi either.
 
No, it's 100 EVs in each stat. If it's been EV Trained for 252 Attack you can still use 10 vitamins on HP.
 
Does anyone know if thief works when the opponent pokemon faints? I.E. I use thief on a wild cubone with thick club and it faints. Do I still get the thick club?
