Alrighty. Still thinking through my Electric monotype team. Being the quirky guy I am, I was looking at Luxray. I promptly noticed that Superpower was listed on Serebii, but not on Smogon. After lurking around some more, I discovered that the learnsets were under construction, and Superpower has been tested on Luxray at least once. Anyhow, here is my question; On a physical set, where would it best fit? Getting rid of STAB would be foolish, and between Crunch and Superpower I think there maybe only one or two pokemon who resist the coverage. However, Return is the most reliable move, so I was thinking because I have a couple of other Pokes with Ice moves, I could run Spark, Crunch, Return, and Superpower. Are there any major problems with that set?

Because Seismic Toss is only available through Emerald as a Tutor for Chansey, so it's not in any of the classes of moves that can be passed down. (level-ups, TM's, egg moves)

I'm guessing that right now the only way to get rotom's new formes is to go to japan and get 1

You don't really "get" a form. You just get a Secret Key and go to a room where you change any Rotom there. The Secret Key Wi-Fi event in Japan is over now, I think, but there will be a local Wireless giveaway in Canada from April 19 to 26, so if you go there maybe you can pick one up from a Toys'R'Us. XD

Correct me if i'm wrong, but can't you just get a japanese platinum with the secet key in it and send it to your english platinum over the mystery gift?

If I have a non redis. Jibaku's Celebi, and I want someone to clone it for me, are they allowed to keep a copy?
Actually, since there's no way from preventing them from receiving a copy after cloning, I have to say yes, they're allowed to keep a copy. It's not exactly the same as redistributing IMO. As long as they're not trading it around...

when I seek a pokemon on GTS and it returns results, normally the pokemon I'm seeking (that they have) will have its sprite show up on the trade screen (rather than the pokemon they are seeking).

example: I ask for a Jirachi, I find a guy who's willing to trade for a Lucario. when I touch to select my trade partner, the trade summary screen should show Jirachi's sprite.

if the offer page has Lucario's sprite on it, is Lucario guaranteed to be hacked? should I assume that it's hacked?

My understanding is that when a poke is traded, the offer is still there, it's just that the pokemon have already been traded, and the person who, in your example, was looking for a Lucario, has already traded away his Jirachi for the Lucario, but for some reason it still shows up.

thats not what I mean't, according to reliable sources, you can do this
1. Get a english platinum and choose "Mystery Gift" in the main menu and then choosing "get from friend"
2. Get your japanese platinum and choose "Wonder cards" in the main menu and then choosing "send to friend" and choose the wonder card for the secret key
Apparently if you do this, you can get a secret key in a english platinum

Is an event pokemon considered hacked if I use an AR to give myself the event item and then catch it myself, without actually going to the event?
