Hey guys 3 questions
1. Is rotom a legend?
2. Is heatran a legend? I know this seems like a stupid question but people are tellin me he isn't
3. Who here thinks the event arceus sucks?
 
Alright, so I've got to the point where I can catch Palkia on Pearl. Just managed to snag my best one so far, and was wondering if it's actually worth keeping, or should I keep SRing it til I get 27+ in all stats

Hasty #484 Palkia: 12 - 13 / 16 - 17 / 9 - 10 / 26 - 27 / 29 / 26 - 27
 
May I ask what kind of Palkia you plan on running?

I run a Hasty Palkia as a mixed sweeper, so....it really depends what you're doing.

27+ in all stats is hard, but because Palkia is so easy to catch, SRing a few times until it gets better IVs (not all 27+, but 20+ should be easy enough).

My advice, wait until night, and start throwing Dusk Balls. I caught mine that way. It's not perfect, but I was satisfied (20+ all stats)

4. Would Modest be an acceptable nature over Timid for a NP sweeper Azelf? I know the suicide lead Azelf needs max speed, but I got what I recall as being a decent Modest one during my Diamond playthrough, so I'm wondering if it's worth EVing and leveling up.

I'd like to get multiple inputs on #3 and #4 if possible. Thanks everyone!

3.since you can't get many ubers like mewtwo until over level 50 I assume that if nintendo ever has another uber tournament there would be no level cap
4. modest isn't horrible, but timid is preferable because azelf is quite frail so it likes to outspeed as much as possible
 
So...trying to get a good Timid Azelf, and here are the IVs I got. Really tempting to keep this one.

HP: Min 26 Max 27
Attk: Min 24 Max 25
Def: Min 14 Max 15
Sp.A: Min 28 Max 29
Sp.D: Min 24 Max 25
Speed: Min 30 Max 31

The only thing that makes me iffy on it is that I really wanted it to have HP Fighting, but given the info from an IV calculator, the power of HP Fighting is 38...Hmm...

Hadn't given it much thought, to be honest, decided to keep it for now. Getting platinum soon so will go for top-notch one when I get to that point again. Currently going for a High HP/Def/Sdef Uxie

EDIT: then again, might be better to wait until I can get a Syncher, as I'm after a Bold nature. What do you think?

Again, depends on what you're going for with the Uxie. Support, screens, mix of offense and support....

Uxie is considerably harder to catch than Palkia, so you might as well get a Sychronizer first.

The Palkia you have is not bad, it's just that it could be better. Hasty makes the Def IVs useless anyway, but you would wish the HP and Atk ones were a little higher.

On Smogon and Psypokes, it lists Trump Card's Base Power as 40-50-60-80-200.

Which is right?

The current round ends April 20, so after that.

When in doubt, you should trust Smogon. I do not know for sure though.
 
Simple question this time: I was surfing the policy review section but I couldn't find the answer, is Deoxys D getting tested at all? And soon?

Can't find how to get in, i've logged in using Mirc, but, it was a trial version, so, need to use Miib now i guess.

You should be able to just keep on using mIRC; you can ignore the message in about the 30 days being up and keep on using it.
