This might not be the best place to ask, but I was wondering, for Action Replay can you download new games? What I mean is that I have the D/P one, but I was wondering if I would need to buy the one for Platinum to use Iv check.
Not only can you download new games, you can add them manually if you want/need to.

@ Coldeye: For Mamo use Jolly, outspeeding Timid Heatran and Adamant Lucario is a must.
For Jynx go with Psychic, last thing you want is a horrible miss, not even mentioning the STAB, etc.

That could work for a mixed Lucario, I suppose, but I hope you mean 132 Special Attack EVs instead of Special Defense. Mixed Lucario is generally outclassed by entirely physical or special Lucarios with the proper team support because its movepool isn't as spectacular as some other mixed sweepers, however.
