where do I go to change my Rotoms form? (I have secret key)

You people need to seriously read. People have re-asked already answered questions several times these past few days. If you don't read, how do you expect to find the answer anyway?

Go to the Galactic HQ in Eterna and go to the north-west corner. It should activate.

Right, well, let me make this short and to the point:

Here's the battle scenario: I'm down to two Pokemon and I just knocked out his 5th Pokemon. My Pokemon with remaining red-zone low HP is an Alakazam. My opponent brings out his 6th and last Pokemon which is a Salamence.

I decide to use a ballsy idea and switch out predicting for a move against me. I switch in my full HP Gengar which gets Crunch'd just how I wanted to predict it. My Gengar was holding a Focus Sash so I lived with 1HP. I'm obviously going to Destiny Bond his Salamence for the win since I still have one Pokemon alive so I don't break the Self-KO clause (if D-bond does go under this clause, I'm not sure anymore, I haven't played DPP in about a year so I've forgotten a few things here and there).

So the real question is: Is Destiny Bond a 0 priority move like the rest? It doesn't state Destiny Bond anywhere listed in Obi's move priority DPP article thread (seen here) so that's why I'm asking here. I'm assuming it goes under the 0 category speed bracket because he says in the 0 bracket category all the moves then he just simply says 'and everything else' so if he didn't list Destiny Bond in there, then it must be under 'everything else'. Also, this is not my battle, I was randomly watching recorded Wi-Fi battles on Youtube and when this final part came up, his/her camera died so the viewers didn't get to see the final outcome.

So if the scenario that I put above did go something like that in the end, would a +1-3 Dragon Dancing Salamence be able to Dragon Claw/Crunch (or whatever move it uses/used is in the 0 prioirty zone) the Gengar before Gengar doing Destiny Bond on Salamence taking it down and winning the match? Or will Salamence now with a higher speed stat from DD'ing enough to outspeed Gengar to be able to use Crunch on Gengar again to kill it before Genger could be able to even do another Destiny Bond on it? Then in comes his last Pokemon Alakazam, and Crunch that too and win the battle.

Did you have to post the same thing three times when your question was answered almost 10 minutes after you posted it the first time?
Destiny Bond is a normal move priority-wise. The Salamence would outspeed and proceed to sweep.
Also, you could have went to the move's page in our Strategy Pokedex:

http://www.smogon.com/dp/moves/destiny_bond

and got your answer in less time than it would have taken to post your question.

I am trying to make a Battle Frontier team for Emerald on the following conditions:

1. Only use Level-Up moves and egg moves.
2. Can't trade at all, so no Pokemon like Venusaur or Alakazam.
3. The Pokemon have to be breedable.

I was thinking this:
Metagross
Salamance
Milotic
Crobat
Vileplume
Hariyama

But it has too much Psychic and Ice weaknesses. So, help...

While looking at Sketch (with no help >_>), I noticed that it only said that Sketch can't sketch Struggle and Chatter, so my question is (for my curiosity only):

Can Sketch Sketch Sketch?

How much HP Evs does Weavile need to make the most effective use out of Substitute?

Kind of broad as it depends on what you want to spare; also depends on if you're using a pinch berry. If there's no berry, standard 40 HP is good, it allows you to substitute 3 times factoring in stealth rock, 4 times without. If you're using a berry, hit any HP divisible by 4.

But it has too much Psychic and Ice weaknesses. So, help...

Metagross 4x resists Psychic, while Miolitc and Hariyama take Ice attacks like champs.

Can Sketch Sketch Sketch?

No.

Galactic Eterna building. Ground floor. Northwest corner. Talk to the blank stretch of wall. It will say "*Player* used the Secret Key!" The doorway will open to ROTOM's Room.

Lol Shit, didn't even realize that. My Smogon page went all "this page cannot be displayed" and had to refresh it and guess it posted multiple times. Oh well, a Mod will see them sooner or later and delete them.

I have a shiny Tentacruel, but the stupid thing is that it has a naïve nature(+speed, - sp. defence). Is this Tentacruel totally useless, or is there a way to somehow use it anyway?

You could try to run a bad Specs set, but it kind of depends on your IVs as well.

Thanks, guys.
I have another question, a EV training one.
I don't think any guides cover this.
If my Lucario (Who I'm EV training) is holding a EXP share, and someone else is doing the battles, and the other pokemon is holding a macho brace, do they both get boosted EV's?

Hey. Some time ago (just before Garchomp got banned from OU, I think) somebody came up with a BulkySalac set for Garchomp, which basically had enough hp/sp.def EVs to survive a single Ice Beam from many bulky waters (and in result grab a salac boost), while it SD'ed twice. Does anybody know where I can find topic/post describing that particular Chomp build?

At that time, people had enough SpA EVs on their bulky waters (260ish stat) to OHKO Garchomp with Ice Beam, so the SpD EVs was specific to survive that, now if you wanna use that Garchomp set, tweak the SpD EVs a bit, since bulky waters use less SpA ever since Garchomp was banned from OU. The only current bulky water that runs SpA EVs (besides Empoleon, which shouldn't be used against Garchomp) is MixPert, and Garchomp can survive an Ice Beam from the standard MixPert. ScarfDragons are a problem though, so I suggest just using SubSalac(must be behind a sub against ScarfLati@s), or eliminating all faster threats first.

Trainer Star Q.

Howdy,

This may sound odd, but I have an actual in-game question :P -- What ARE the requirements for the trainer stars?

+ Beat E4 (Done, Confirmed)
+ Get 50 flags (Done, Confirmed)
+ Win one (not all) master rank contest. (Done, Confirmed)
+ Complete Pokedex ex. event legendaries (Not done yet, but I'm willing to accept that)
+ ?

Half the sites say "herf derf 100 battle streak" and the other say "durp hurp all gold frontier symbols".

And a corollary from the previous question: if it is "herf derf 100 battle streak", is this a) exclusively the battle tower, and b) exclusively single 3v3 streak (not doubles)?

I ask here because people have actually accomplished the herf derf 100 streak in both categories. :P

Cheers,
SnapperTT
