Sorry, just caught a Cres, with the following IV and nature...
Bold 12/4/27/29/30/8 intended to be a support wth 252 HP/252 Def/4 SPA

Should I just reset since the speed and hp are crap?

OK
CBMence
Outrage
Aqua Tail/EQ/BB
Dragon Claw/SE/Crunch
Fire Fang
Wait, Crunch or Shadow Claw?
CBNite
Outrage
Superpower
Ice Punch
Fire Punch
Abusing what Salamence doesn't have (Ice+Fighting's wonderful coverage)...

In-game, What do I need to do to trigger the high-level trainer rematches? I've cleared Stark Mountain but not caught Heatran (because I'm not set up to camp for a good one yet). Do I need to catch Heatran before the rich couple on route 212 will start using their level 60 pokemon?
Yes, you need to either catch or defeat Heatran.

Coldeye, don't double post please.

First - Earthquake would be the best choice for coverage on CB Mence - EQ/Outrage/Aqua Tail/Fire Blast(or fang, but blast is better for the steels)

Second, remember this fact forever -

Ice and Dragon have redundant coverage together. If the user gets STAB on Dragon, use Dragon, otherwise use Ice.

In short, Dragonite doesn't need Ice Punch. Use Outrage/Aqua Tail/Superpower/Fire Punch on CBNite.

But Ice is a great attacking type, not? Not to mention the OHKO on Gliscor...I also use Blizzard/Outrage/Superpower/Fire Blast for Dragon Hail- reveneg-killing...when I use Dragonite, I do my best to diffrenate it from Salamence, aka Superpower+Blizzard...the analysis also mentioned Ice Beam as a good option on ScarfNite...

Scarfnite isn't very good. Aqua Tail gets the KO on Gliscor anyway(a 2HKO IIRC).

It doesn't matter that Ice is a great attacking type - Dragon is just as good in terms of neutral coverage.

Using CBNite is enough to differentiate itself from Salamence - he can run a physical fire move to beat steels, so he doesn't have to be locked into a special attack like Mence.

What pairs well with Ice? Is Ice really that good of an attacking type?
I use ScarfNite for it's nearly undefeated type coverage paired with no less than 4 120BP moves. Aqua Tail only 2HKOs, but...
Also, many people say Rock is the best offensive type, so maybe Stone Edge on Dragonite?

Ice is a fantastic offensive type. It pairs best with Electric type moves.

I should rephrase the Scarfnite comment - it's good, but pretty specific in its role.

And there is no need to use Stone Edge- Nite gets perfect coverage without it.

I still preffer using Ice Punch on Nite, to maintain the same coverage as the Scarf set...I belive Outrage/Aqua Tail/Dragon Claw/Fire Fang would be good, mimicing Salamence's Specs set.
Thunderpunch over Rock Slide on CB Medicham? I preffer to run TP on Jolly ScarfCham to revenge kill Gyarados and Starmie, but with a Band...
Must I use Explosion on CB Glalie?
Also, SpecsLass Blizzard/TB/Shadow Ball and? Ice Beam like Scarf Glaceon?

Where can I find a Moon Stone in Platinum? I transferred a Jigglypuff from Emerald yesterday then realized I didn't have any Moon Stones. I may have had one before but used it already...

On Togekiss' page, it states that it "starts" with Air Slash. How/When exactly does it learn it?
Heart Scale...
---
Sorry for flooding this page (lol pun), but I actually like Salamence and don't want to ruin it...I want to keep Salamence as physical-based as possible, so I'll use these two sets:
373.png
@Choice Band
252Atk/6Def/252Spe
Adamant nature
~Outrage
~Aqua Tail
~Dragon Claw
~Fire Fang

373.png
@Choice Scarf

252Atk/80SpA/178Spe
Naughty nature
~Outrage
~Fire Blast
~Earthquake
~Stone Edge
Any other suggestions? The latter set mimics my Scarf Blizzard/Wood Hammer/EQ/Rock Slide Abomasnow...I need room for Hydro Pump, where?

how do i register pokemon platinum into my action replay?
after i go to "add new game" and enter "pokemon platinum", it says "enter new game id". i entered some random stuff for this, and also tried the number on the back of the game but the action replay wont let me continue. WHAT IS THE NEW GAME ID?

Yeah....no idea how that works.

If you find a Heart Scale, you can take it to the house by the water near the southeast part of Pastoria City. The guy there will help your Pokemon relearn moves it knew before or could have known (if you chose to skip a level-up move). He can only teach level-up moves and moves like Air Slash on Togekiss (more examples are things such as Wood Hammer on Torterra, etc.).

I believe that you can also find them by digging in the Underground, correct me if I'm wrong though.

To TEHaznnation:
In a house in Pastoria City (forgot the exact one) there will be a man who lets Pokemon relearn moves for a Heart Scale. If you have one, go to him and use the Heart Scale on Togekiss and one of the moves on the list that appears should be Air Slash.

Also, (wow big post) is there a way to get those administrative privileges from my parents account to my account? Even better, would I be able to share these privileges so both accounts have them?

A girl in the house farthest west of Pastoria City bordering the swampy routes will give out a random type-resist berry every day. Wild Starly also hold them quite often.

According to Serebii wild Starly's only hold Yache Berries 5% of the time... Your best bet is the girl, unless you want to chain Starly's. You can catch them and obtain Yache Berries and try to go for a shiny one. Two for one special!
