31 HP: Often dozes off
31 Atk: Likes to thrash about
31 Def: Capable of taking hits
31 Sp. Atk: Mischevious
31 Sp. Def: Somewhat vain
31 Spd: Alert to sounds

Does that mean if it says that on a Pokemon's entry, that it has max IVs in that sta? I just finished hatching a Growlithe and it didn't have max attack when it says "Likes to thrash about"

Yea if it say that then it max

Not neccesarily. It can range from 1 / 6 / 11 / 16 / 21 / 26 / 31 in that stat, though it will have a higher chance of being perfect

I need some advice quickly, please

Should i keep this azelf?

Azelf - #482 (Modest)
HP: 26 - 27
Att: 24 - 25
Def: 10 - 11
SpA: 31
SpD: 26 - 27
Speed: 12 - 13

Yeah, or any pokemon in general

To the Azelf poster, you need more Speed IVs. I would try again, but if you are too busy then it can work as a Choice Scarf user

How do I put sprites on to my post? I tried copy image and such. I dont want to imageshack every picture also.

where can i find an IV calculator for fourth gen? trying to see what Hidden Power my shiny Yanmega can get but ive checked Serebii and a couple other sites and none of them were updated for 4th gen.

"Ability:Technician - Raises the power of PokemonX's weaker moves"

How weak must the moves be in order to be affected by Technician, and how much does Technician raise it by?

they must have a base power of 60 or less and it raises their power by 1.5x.

Nevermind I found my answer but I have another question, if both a ditto and a female pokemon have the same nature and you get them both everstones, would that increase the odds of getting a baby with that nature by 100%?

So I have a Celebi I'm including on my WiFi team, and it's a Calm Mind passer; here are its relevant stats and moveset:

Celebi
@ Leftovers
Bold l l Natural Cure
252 Hp/ 142 Def/ 116 Spd
Calm Mind
Baton Pass
Recover/Leech Seed/Substitute
Energy Ball

31 Hp/ 14 Atk/ 10 Def/ 26 SAtk/ 26 SDef/ 18 Spd

However, should I adjust the EVs to accomodate the IVs? Additionally, since I have TWO Wishpassers on the team, should I instead opt for Leech Seed or Substitute to pass with Calm Mind?

Are the IVs set when get the egg from the day care man, or can you keep reseting until you get good IVs?

They're set as soon as you get the egg.

Okay, breeding Ice Punch onto Weavile...I have the Smeargle, how do I get Ice Punch on it? There's no wilds w/ Ice Punch.

...

You just... take a male Smeargle and a female Sneasel, introduce them to each other, and make a reservation at a fancy Italian restaurant, just for the two of them. You make sure the Smeargle walks her to the doorstep, and then the Sneasel will invite him in for tea. Then give them about an hour or so alone, and voila! Egg get!

Edit: Oh, whoops. Totally misunderstood the question.

What's a good moveset for Roserade?

Look at the moveset guide.

Okay, now that that's out of the way... do Gastro Acid or Worry Seed cancel the effects of Regigigas' Slow Start ability?

Also, does a Pokemon retain its stat boosts after using U-Turn?
