Yes it can only be obtained through breeding, not by using the TM strangely enough.
Quick question:
How is recoil calculated? Is it an actual fraction of damage given, or are HP/def factored in as well? For example, if Staraptor and Skarmory had the same HP (for some reason), and the same attack (again, for some reason XD), if they both Brave Bird, will they receive the same recoil?

IIRC it's 1/3 of the damage you deal.
Is there ANY way of preventing the nature swapping on Pal Parked pokemon?
Man this is really annoying, I mean, it's okay to have this "Trait Swap" on pokemon that came from 3rd gen games since most of them got new traits, but it should be something reversible.
Since it isn't, a lot of people will be screwed (like me) and the only help you could get from this swap make it unreliable and unsafe, so what's the point of something like this?

Okay, I have a question sort of related to the one above me...
When a Pokemon switches its ability because of Pal Parking, does it get an ability change when it's transferred, or when it evolves (if it can)? If it changes when it evolves, then could I (for example) evolve my Refresh Teddiursa into an Ursaring in Emerald and then ensure it would keep Guts? Of course, I wouldn't do this normally since Quick Feet is a better ability anyways, but I want to know how it works.

Yes it is 33%. Take Down is 25% (iirc), while Head Smash is 50%.
Um acctually. In a question I have posted earlier I have heard that leaving the pokemon with the old ability(the pokemon I asked abotu was shroomish),and evolving it after you trade it over,gives it a big chances of changing abilities.(Efefct spore to Poison Heal)

I need Infernape with Thunderpunch. So, I know I have to go Medicham --> Chimchar. Now, after that, if I breed the Chimchar with a Ditto, will the offspring have Thunderpunch? Thanks.

Yes. But only if the Chimchar is male.

Could I Rare Candy a Pokemon up to level 99, completely EV train, and then have perfectly normal stats at level 100?

196EVs in hp gives it 320hp(is divisible by 16 for leftovers), while 16EVs in spd gives it 300spd before an agility. Am I on the right track? How should I invest the rest of the EVs?

Needs Timid and max speed. I usually like Substitute over Agility, but it depends on what your team needs. Rest of EVs mostly in special attack, some in HP.
Can Aerodactyl learn Double-Edge?
Because both Metalkid and Serebii's dexes say no, yet I just obtained a shiny Aerodactyl in a trade, and it knows Double-Edge...
