The battle tower has some of the good TM's, other than that breeding chains?

Oh and to Harle I am pretty sure that The 4 moves you mentioned are not blocked by substitute and that Cressy is right now in between, could go either way.. (Personally I'm leaning towards uber)

Descriptively, I'd say Cresselia was OU. Prescriptively, I'd lean towards Uber. But that's only because she's well annoying.

Why does it seem the good natures are rarer? It might just be really bad luck for me, but I've only gotten one mild yanma (and no quiet/rash/modest ones), and maybe two hasty ones (and no jolly/timid/naïve ones), yet I've gotten like five relaxed ones and a huge amount (at least 15) of impish and careful ones.

It may be my imagination, but it seems to me that some natures repeats a lot of times and some others almost never appear. In fact, I think it has something to do with the +stat nature.

I needed 102 eggs to get the first Impish Rhyhorn (no joke). This is what I got in the 75 first eggs (wanted to check if the natures were biased or not):
RH = Rock Head
LR = Lightningrod

4 Serious (2 RH, 2 LR)
8 Quiet (3 RH, 5 LR)
3 Adamant (2 RH, 1 LR)
3 Hasty (2 RH, 1 LR)
4 Naive (4 RH)
3 Sassy (3 RH)
5 Modest (1 RH, 4 LR)
2 Timid (2 RH)
5 Mild (1 RH, 4 LR)
3 Brave (3 LR)
5 Naughty (3 RH, 2 LR)
7 Gentle (3 RH, 4 LR)
5 Hardy (2 RH, 3 LR)
7 Rash (4 RH, 3 LR)
2 Careful (1 RH, 1 LR)
1 Lonely (1 RH)
1 Jolly (1 LR)
1 Quirky (1 RH)
1 Lax (1 RH)
1 Calm (1 RH)
2 Bashful (1 RH, 1 LR)
1 Relaxed (1 LR)
1 Docile (1 RH)
0 Bold
0 Impish

If we take the natures that boost each stat as a group, we can see:
13 Neutral
12 Attack
2 Defense
25 Special Attack
13 Special Defense
10 Speed

It seems like all stat boosting groups are more or less equilibrated, except SpA and Def. It seems like SpA also takes the part of Defense.

Of course, that doesn't prove anything, but I've felt this kind of pattern most of the time I'm breeding. For any reason, a group of natures appear a lot and a group of natures almost never appear, but they seems to change with some factor (time generator? parents nature?).

Maybe with a larger sample (magikarps) it's possible to conclude anything.

I am raising an Infernape and it needs to know Nasty Plot. Is it ok if I have my Chimchar evolve later at level 23, or should I breed Nasty Plot onto a baby Chimchar so I can evolve it faster?

Evolve it later if you already have a good Ived Chimchar. If not then breed to get better Ivs.

It doesn't matter when you evolve something, as far as stats go. Learned moves are the only thing effected.

My question: where abouts in the Safari Zone is Croagunk / Toxicroak? I looked through the binoculars for about 10 minutes and couldn't find it. Is there any special thing to do to find them? I looked on SPP and it only said it was rare in the Safari Zone, and didn't say any specific day.

Okay Two questions, both kinda the same.

Do choice items work with the move metronome? (Because metronome uses different attacks)

And does metronome the move, work with the Item metronome?

(Is planning on building a metronome team to throw up on the battle tower just to mess with people.. THE biggest luck team EVAH!)

This got buried again >.> could someone please answer these? atleast the first one.

Three questions

One, my Chimchar is in the daycare and at level 25 but the babies still have the Chimchar's egg moves, why didn't they get deleted? (I know, egg moves should be a good thing)

Two, does Black Sludge heal like Leftovers (Meaning 1/16)?

Three, if my pokemon doesn't have 31 IVs in say HP, does that mean I'll have to adjust the EVs to what I need? (Like for Leftovers)

Why would you need to use any Rare Candies on the birds? I would be very surprised if you couldn't get exact IV's from metalkid's calc on the level you catch them on...

You catch them at level 50, and Metalkid's calc gives me a range of 2 numbers. For some stats, the "next helpful level" is 100.

I just caught a Moltres, and it's given me:

Hasty
HP: 28-29
Atk: 30-31
Def: 30-31
Speed: 8-9 -_-
SpAtk: 18-19
SpDef: 30-31

So how would you figure those out? I just checked, I don't have any Rare Candies

edit - and I don't have a Hidden Power TM. Okay, I'm going to release it and try again after trading over a few Rare Candies and an HP TM. I guess it doesn't matter if I waste those candies. But does anyone have any suggestions for finding the HP type + power of a newly caught bird?

If the Chimchar is male, that is normal, because males pass on TM, HM, and Egg moves.

Yes.

Yes.

That's what I'm saying, the moves should have been deleted because the Chimchar is lvl 25 now but those moves are still passing on.

Well yeah they should. Check your Chimchar to see if he knows any moves that are being passed. If he is at Lv. 25 and you did not teach him any TM moves, it should pass on Fury Swipes, Torment, Flame Wheel and Nasty Plot.

He will still pass on the moves he had hen you put him in, until you take him out again. This will change the moves being passed on to the babies.
