what is the best way to breed pursuit and ice punch to sneasel?

XD look at earlier part of the page.

um.. what is the Best Set for DDgyara?

I need stone edge, and i was thinking Dragon Dance/Stone Edge/Waterfall/IceFang or Earthquake, or do u guys think Cresselia with Charge Beam and rhyperior w/ stone edge is enough for Countering Gyarados?

I heard of the GTS Cloning Glitch and i have some questions.

1) Is it Dangerous can i lose pokemon
2) Is It difficult to do

You mean... your Gyarados has 5 moveslots? It probably doesn't, so, get rid of Stone Edge or Waterfall.

Cresselia is only a safe counter for Gyarados with Reflect, but I think that Rhyperior + SR is enough to kill it on the switch (tough I don't think any smart player will switch Dos on Rhyperior, unless he's really desperated)

yeah when there are 2 slashes in a row, that means this or that. like EQ//Ice fang means i need to decide on one of them. ok. Ill add Ice Fang and not use stone edge

Sorry, didn't know that.

I think IF + Quake are kinda a need on Dos, so you better use Waterfall for STAB or SE to counter other Gyarados/Zapdos (tough Ice Fang is enough to scare it), but since you have Cresselia and Rhyperior, I see no need on wasting your STAB/Flinch Hax (gg xD) on SE.

Clearing up on Paralyze...

I've gotten many conflicting answers such as:

- quarter speed
- half speed
- makes the paralyzed poke go last

??? Which one is it?

If the rest of your team covers what IF/EQ covers, don't use it.

You could use either Stone Edge/Waterfall or Waterfall/Return(don't question it). It depends on the team.

I dont know the exact value but its NOT go last, my yanmega has been paralyzed after gaining enough speed boosts that it still went first, if i had to guess i would say half speed

It does all of those things plus if your pokemon is paralyzed, it only has more chance of getting burned as well.
???
how can it do all of those things if they all say something different?
also, you can't get burned while paralyzed...simply put, only 1 status per pokemon

lol Damn I thought he posted a new topic regarding the simple question so that's why I was being sarcastic. Ignore my post.

31 IV spd gyarados needs 184 Spd EVs to get to 243 speed right? thats all gyarados needs to outspeed starmie, infernape, etc, after a DD?

Heres something ive wondered for awhile...

What is the base power of a move exactly,

Example: Flamethrower 95 Base,
Does this mean that if 2 level 100s with no stats at all were battling and one used it for neutral damage it would do 95? or is it just a formula number.

for CBtar, aside from having Stone Edge, Earthquake, and Crunch, what should i use as a fourth move? Pursuit, Focus Punch, or Ice Fang?

also, what do you say about Rock Slide in place of Stone Edge?

wait so now we've got two half speeds and one quarter speed. This is getting confusing

Its just 1/4 of your speed at that level, man.
And 1/4 change of your pokemon being fully paralyzed.

@Winddragon48: Well no. I guess you could say it as a formula number. It runs off the Special Attck Stat. So If you have 438 Sp.Att, you would do more/less damage depending on the defense of the opposing pokemon. And the damage can exceed 95.(or do like 3 damage too)
